A beautiful Italian slow food restaurant. The menu is not so big, but the offer is very nice. The "0km" dishes are especially highlighted, which means that all stands of dishes are from the surrounding area without any imported or commercial ingredients. Taste of the food is traditional, but the preparation is modern. Service as befits a fancy restaurant. Educated waiters, special praise for deboning superbly grilled fish in front of guests.

This restaurant was a pleasant discovery. I had dinner here with a friend and as a vegan it's not always easy to find tasty dishes! The very kind boy who served us offered me a plate of spaghetti with cream and Jerusalem artichoke chips, really delicious!

Excellent choice of wines by the glass to pair with traditional foods. Chef very available to meet every dietary need. The service is attentive and professional. Absolutely recommended!

Restaurant with parking. Located on the ground floor under a hotel. Both fish and meat. I ate fish. Fresh and good. Honest prices. - good mixed starter, I really appreciated the creamed cod. 8/10 -pumpkin, prawn and rosemary risotto, a delight on the palate. Perfect creaming (with excellent butter) 10/10 -sword with lard and balsamic. Good. 8/10 - tiramisu in a glass. Good 8/10 I'll be back for that special rice..

È un ristorante d'albergo lo sottolineo proprio perché al contrario di quanto si potrebbe pensare offre un ambiente raffinato, un servizio curato ed una cucina attenta che oltre a proporre piatti che debbano accontentare tutti i palati per il suo ruolo istituzionale offre un angolo di cucina del territorio. Ho potuto assaggiare il loro antipasto tradizionale veneziano e gli gnocchi con le capesante, veramente deliziosi. La cantina è ben fornita con ricarichi onesti.

Scrumptious food served by lovely staff in a warm atmosphere. We were here for New Year’s Eve dinner and they were able to satisfy our need for a specific menu for each of us: fish, meat and vegeterian. Highly recommended.

Ho mangiato spesso in questo ristorante e non ha mai disilluso le mie aspettative. Ottimo pianti, semplici ma ricercati, carta dei vini curata, personale professionale e gentile. Non vedo l’ora di tornare. Bravi

01/04/2024: Incredible service and food. This is where locals go to eat. The waiter is incredibly friendly and helpful in your choice. His recommendations are spot on and each and every one of them were exactly what we longed for without us knowing. Trust him to embark on a Venetian food journey and enjoy the great atmosphere near the canal

16/04/2024: My husband and I just returned from a lovely stay. The rooms are beautiful and everything I was looking for to introduce my husband to this romantic city. I look forward to recommending this hotel to friends living in/ traveling to Europe as it is truly a one of a kind experience. We would absolutely return.
13/04/2024: Excellent room on the first floor with three big windows with shutters that can be open, end up with a panoramic view of the canal. Very convenient, came by private taxing from the train station, 60 Euros. The porters at the train station will take you to a private taxi, much cheaper than booking in advance. The taxi drops you right in front of the hotel. Front desk personnel outstanding. Good personalities, very confident, engaging, also nice breakfast, all the basics cappuccino, scrambled eggs, bacon, juices, fruits, cereal so on and so forth. No need to start off hungry. The front desk team is very good on giving recommendations for places to eat or logistical details. You can't go wrong at the Rialto Hotel. Incidentally, we've been staying at the Rialto over the years I think the first time probably was close to 15 years ago. Our favorite place relative to price in Venice.
