Delicious wild boar goulash with parpadelle at a very good price. House wine is typical and absolutely ok! The ambience and service is a bit rough, but we were there at the last minute!

Fantastic place, super nice staff and very quick to serve. Excellent food. I leave a piece of advice rather than a criticism, I took the umbricelli alla norcina but due to the too much pepper I didn't notice any other flavour, so my advice is to put less pepper because the pasta was really good. Highly recommended.

The service is the flagship of the place. The food is discreet but in line with the traditional Umbrian trattoria, nothing more. The environment is located on the ground floor of a modern building which does not do justice to the quality service and food.

Simply excellent. Commendable quality of meat, fresh truffle cut at the moment, quality of service rare to find. Show off the umbricelli with cheese and pepper creamed in the mold currently in front of you and then cut the truffle into flakes.

Ho mangiato in questo ristorante in pausa pranzo. Sono arrivato alle 14:20 ed il ristorante era ancora bello pieno, pertanto i proprietari mi hanno fatto accomodare nonostante l'orario. Ho ordinato un piatto di umbricelli alla norcina e una trippa umbra con torta al testo. Entrambi i piatti erano ben fatti, specialmente la trippa che era ottima, mentre gli umbricelli mancavano di un po' di spinta e il formaggio grattugiato portato al tavolo non era freschissimo. Le porzioni sono bilanciate, né troppo né troppo poco, se poi si deve lavorare o guidare vanno bene. Il servizio è rapido e i prezzi abbastanza coerenti. Con acqua e coperto ho speso 24€ (10+10+2+2). Tutto sommato lo consiglierei e ci tornerei, anche se non è da tutti i giorni pranzare in questo tipo di ristorante per pausa pranzo.

Ristorante trovato per caso durante un viaggio, non c’è molto da dire: cortesia, velocità e ottimo cibo, in conclusione: quando tornerò da queste parti, tornerò sicuramente nel Ristorante al Sottobosco, complimenti!!
