Typical place in the lower Parma area, very clean

Excellent service. Very good cappelletti in broth, I appreciated the coarse pasta. The cured meats are truly a rarity, starting with the culatello and pancetta. The second racks of lamb and chicken were also very popular.
The wine list is very extensive but unfortunately we don't drink and therefore we couldn't taste them.

Excellent evening in a pleasant setting and with attentive but discreet service.
A la carte dinner, starting with an amazing trio of culatello and an excellent large black of cured meats. Having skipped the first courses (I'll be back to try them), we continued with the duck and saddle of deer. Very good. Last but not least, a good dark chocolate heart.
Extensive wine list. We fished among the "seize opportunities".
Correct quality/price ratio.

Locale curato e ampio, personale molto attento e cordiale. Menù ben organizzato e di facile lettura. Musica un po’ alta (per i miei gusti) di sottofondo. Piatti preparati con materie prime di buona qualità, porzioni un po’ scarse rispetto al prezzo (un po’ altino). Tutti i dolci a 10 euro….mi è caduta la mandibola sul tavolo.

Ristorante nella campagna tra Parma e Colorno ,parcheggio ,Locale elegante con bella ed elegante mise en place,camerieri cordiali e competenti. All'arrivo viene offerto un calice di bollicine. Essendo della zona optiamo per un menù diversificato rispetto ai prodotti locali richiesti dai numerosi turisti presenti.Fuori menù intriganti tagliolini al salmone marinato e caviale iraniano mantecati alla crema che si rivelano deludenti nonostante la preparazione scenografica,perché dopo il primo boccone spariscono letteralmente il salmone ed il caviale mentre resta preponderante il sapore della panna,così come resta insapore e senza carattere la spigola;buono il risotto mentre l'anatra risulta molto stopposa.Buono il dolce
Trovo il rapporto qualità/prezzo un po' sbilanciato
