Extraordinary, a pearl of the hinterland

Amazing family run restaurant where the owners really care that customers have a great experience. All produce from within 20km, either from the poirt of Recco, or the owner's small holding, or foraged from the beautiful Ligurian mountains. Truly a wonderful find, a happy accident caused by the closure of the local pizzeria for holiday. O happy days, when combining trekking and eating like this. We will be talking about it for years to come.

Discovered by accident during a job but it was worth it. Excellent in everything from the welcome to the dishes and above all everything home-produced. Welcome appetizer and desserts that deserve a lot. Few seats available so better to book. Well looked after place.

Domenica abbiamo pranzato in questo ristorante e siamo stati accolti da un ambiente sobrio ed elegante con una bellissima stufa a legna accesa. Il locale propone menu di terra o di mare ma noi abbiamo scelto il menu di terra. Ci hanno presentato dei piatti molto elaborati e veramente squisiti come taglierini al tartufo nero ravioli con sugo di daino e risotto alla zucca e poi come secondi cacciagione, filetto con funghi e tartufo nero, piccione oppure anatra. Anche i dessert sono stati vari ed elaborati. Il sevizio è stato cortese ed elaborato, interessante anche la carta dei vini.

After traveling throughout Northern Italy I can say that this place is absolutely the one with the greatest dose of kindness imaginable. Every gesture of the waiter, every dish so good it makes you dream, at every moment you feel treated like a king (or a queen). Highly recommended for unplugging from stress or city frenzy

Highly recommended!!!!! Very professional staff in the room, disarming mushroom cutter, delicious, then the gem, the coffee served with the coffee maker (moka), it had never happened to me! Prices appropriate to the raw materials and the truly impeccable service!!!! Well done
