We will definitely come here again for the exceptional service, beautiful views, and great food. Easy two hour drive from the airport with everything you need on property. Get ready to relax right into vacation mode.

Stunning place in a serene location. Me and my partner enjoyed the quiet and beauty of the surrounding nature while staying in this lovely resort. We also had a fantastic meal at the resort restaurant. It's a beautit place to base yourself for some of the nearby Umbrian sites such as Civita de Bagnoregio and Narni, while staying out of the hustle and bustle.

Superb hotel located in the middle of the vineyards with all the facilities: gym, swimming pool and very good breakfast. Unfortunately, the big problem is the lack of soundproofing of the rooms (in addition to their somewhat uncertain decoration). If you have noisy neighbors you will hear their whole life: conversations, TV, messages received on their phones... not great in a 4-star hotel and at this price. If you have discreet neighbors then you will be delighted with your stay….

Amazing place, beautifully peaceful. Professional, friendly, and comfortable. Vineyard views are breathtaking. The food was amazing, too. The Wine Experience and the Spa is, must, it's wonderful.

The resort is immersed in the beauty of the Umbrian vineyards, offering an atmosphere of tranquility and romance. The evening in the spa reserved for the two of us was a true moment of relaxation and intimacy. The attention to detail and courtesy of the staff made the experience even more special. The three-course dinner was a real delight for the palate, accompanied by the high-quality bubbles that made the evening even more memorable. We highly recommend Altarocca Wine Resort to anyone looking for an unforgettable stay in Orvieto. We can't wait to return for another wonderful romantic getaway! 🍷💑✨

24/03/2024: This place is just wonderful. Beautiful and the inside is much better looking than the outside. Maria, the owner is very kind and very classy, ​​in a way that is not common today. She makes every guest staying there or just coming to dine feel special. The food is excellent as is the service. The pool is gorgeous. it's not an easy find (though not super hard. I just really enjoy coming here. And I make a point of bringing out of town guests here and special events in our life. This place is simply wonderful. Beautiful and the inside is much nicer than the outside. Maria, the owner, is very kind and classy, ​​in a way that is not common today. It makes every guest who stays there or just comes to dine feel special. The food is excellent as is the service. The pool is gorgeous. it's not an easy find (although not very difficult. 05/04/2024: Visited in November 2023. I purchased the recommended white and red wines from Orvieto, and they were really delicious. In particular, I really want to know the name of the white wine I bought, but I don't have a picture. If you know of a delicious white wine produced in Orvieto, please let me know!!
02/04/2024: Memorable evening in Orvieto in early April 2024. Aperol Spritz, then San Giovese red wine, accompanied by succulent local specialties: porcheta and honey cheeses. Super nice boss.
