Ristorante Aranciara In Taormina

Couple's lunch on 26.12 during a walk in Taormina. We found everything perfect: from the service (including the advice provided), to the food, to the location. We enjoyed a delicious Sicilian-style pauro and an excellent tuna tartare, accompanied by really tasty grilled vegetables (and that's not to be taken for granted!). We will definitely be back!

Il locale, sobrio ed elegante, presenta posti a sedere correttamente distribuiti e forniti di un bel tovagliato. Ci accoglie uno dei proprietari, che con maestria ci introduce il menù. Decidiamo di farci condurre e la scelta si rivela corretta. Per antipasto sarde alla beccafico, tortino di ricotta guarnito con pesce spatola, parmigianina e involtino di gambero. Indugiamo poi in uno squisito pacchero al polipo con uvetta, pinoli e sedano. Per dolce un cannolo spolverato di granella di pistacchio e una meravigliosa gelatina di arancia a km zero (il locale dispone di un dehors con piante di agrumi). Prezzo corretto in considerazione della località.

Nice location, good restaurant but rather exaggerated prices (2 coffees €6, Messina beer 33cl €6, etc.) Very good shrimp and chopped pistachio linguine (€28). We wanted to eat the cannoli but they were not available because they were "in preparation" (at around 1.30pm).

This is the best dining experience in Taormina, Vincenzo selected the wine and recommended the best dishes, the chef constantly looked after us, we ordered linguine with lobster and fish of the day in Sicialian version, everything was like in a restaurant with a Michelin star, we will definitely come back here again.

Exquisite service & delicious food! Don't hesitate to try this hidden gem when you are in Taormina. Pasta alla Norma is the best!

Tempted by good reviews, I went there with my family for dinner. The decor of the place is very pleasant. However, the prices do not match the quality of the dishes. The grilled octopus was like rubber, and my husband's pasta with anchovies had unspecified elements (lemongrass, bones?) that crackled between his teeth. There are better places in Taormina.

We had a great dinner in the garden area. Food was excellent, they catered for my wife who is a coeliac. The wines recommended where good and the service was prompt and friendly. It was a little pricey but given how nice the food was I'm ok with that
