Very nice place in the center of Saturnia. Each dish was beautiful to look at but also and above all good to taste. I had an appetizer, a first course, a second course and a dessert: all delicious. The dish I liked the most was the low-temperature egg on potato cream with truffle. But everything else was remarkable. The cooking of the meats (we took rabbit and lamb) was really special. In addition to the technique, the dishes are characterized by the use of local products.

Being customers of the previous management, we decided to try this new one, remaining a little disappointed, not so much by the quality (even if clearly superior to that of the previous management), but by the relationship with the price. Somewhat skimpy dishes and nothing exciting, paper excellent wines as always, very pleasant service and environment.

Locale situato in prossimità della piazza principale. Un po’ angusta l’entrata.
All’interno un bell’ambiente con tavoli ben apparecchiati. Personale molto cortese e preparato. Servizio un pochino lento.
Menù incentrato sui prodotti del territorio.

Nós fomos jantar no restaurante, comida saborosa, massa leve, todos os pratos impecáveis. Ambiente aconchegante, fomos muito bem atendidos, equipe atenciosa, os proprietários e chefs são muito acessíveis, passam à mesa para verificar se está tudo certo. Ao final da noite, sentaram-se à mesa para conversar, pois falam português! Foi uma experiência incrível!!!
