Fantastic evening, I had tried other starred ones in the past but I had never left satisfied. Casa Buono on the other hand was perfect, environment, service and above all incredible menu. Congratulations to all the staff!

This is the real deal, worth every Eurocent, the Michelin star you've been waiting for at the Ligurian coast. We loved the amberjack amouse bouche, crudo of red prawns with caviar cream, baby squid with broccoli puree and tiny cheese gnocchi...not to mention the five dessert courses (!!). When we asked for a great bottle of wine, a grappa between courses and a dessert wine, the gem of a server from Monaco who spoke at least five languages asked me with a wink "Do you trust me?" WHY YES DEAR I WILL FOLLOW YOU TO THE MOON. They so kindly accommodated us even with my mistake with the reservation date. We can't wait to go back despite it being in the middle of nowhere. Don't miss it!

Excellent restaurant, in a not very good location. Parking that expands in case of rain. High but justified prices. Correct service.

For our first time in a star hotel we were won over. The welcome was great, the waiters attentive and gave great advice on wines. When reading the menu I was a little scared because there were certain products that I normally don't like at all but it was so well cooked that I really liked everything. It is a great pride to have such a place in such a beautiful valley. Thank you to the whole team for this wonderful experience that renewals without a doubt Grazie mille Kitchen :

We went for a tasting lunch today. It was absolutely amazing. The dishes were delicious and so creative. The crew informative and friendly. The wines served were well paired with the dishes.

Everything is perfect in this restaurant, the welcome, the service (thank you Nicolas), the meal, the choice of wines (thank you Simonet), the decoration. We had a delicious time, with surprises and taste surprises. The products are fine, fresh, creatively cooked, both savory and sweet.

Truly incredible in terms of the welcome, the service and the quality of the food. It was a real journey to continue like this. Well done we will come back

Abbiamo festeggiato le nozze d’oro regalandoci un pranzo in questo ristorante. Il giovane personale è pronto, attento e gentile. Il menù degustazione proposto dallo chef è un’attenta opera d’arte che gratifica la vista e il palato, con gli originali accostamenti di colori e sapori. Stella ampiamente meritata: pur essendo in un paese un po’ defilato dalla costa e non panoramico, il livello della cucina è elevato
