We had dinner one evening having stayed in Montegrosso and we can say that we had a really good time: excellent welcome and excellent food. To try.

Restaurant with local cuisine, excellent selection of wines, informal setting, welcoming and hospitable service, 2 internal rooms, 1 dehorse with panoramic view.

I have been in both summer and winter, in the summer there is a beautiful terrace with an open and wonderful view, in the winter there is a welcoming room. The dishes are all prepared and excellent, the serving staff is always with a smile and this is always a pleasure. The wine list is extensive and the prices are really affordable. The price of the tasting and the à la carte dishes are also excellent. Ultimately you can't find anything in the area with this quality-price ratio! Advised!

Impeccable cuisine and excellent service

Excellent restaurant, exquisite and genuine food, excellent service and very welcoming environment. In summer you can have lunch or dinner under an outdoor area, enjoying the splendid valley below.

Ah, this extraordinary Monferrato! Stock up on wines and then, since it's 12.30, you stop in the first (or almost) restaurant you find (in our case we were in the town of Montegrosso). From the street, the place isn't even particularly eye-catching and has little more than minimal parking. You enter a small bar environment that doesn't seem to promise too much, but just climb a few steps (touching touching walls of local wines) to find yourself in a large room that is not only welcoming but also decidedly inviting, where you can have lunch on tablecloths as white as the candles that illuminate it discreetly. Fast, courteous and precise service, decidedly high-quality cellar and local menu between the classic and the tasty. So delicious that... the temptation to try everything (or almost everything) is strong. In the end the choice fell on delicious herb agnolotti and Castelmagno gnocchi, on an incomparable mushroom salad, on a very remarkable raw meat ("sub specie" of tartare and not carpaccio) and something else. We set off again full of gratitude for the pleasures experienced and for the magnificent views of the autumn jugs, slopes and rows, colorful as only here.
