We really enjoyed the tasting meal yesterday - the whole experience was wonderful. The food was of exceptional quality and highly imaginative, and the service was impeccable. It's impossible to pick a favourite dish but the risotto 'taglio sartoriale' lived up to our expectations and we were delighted to see it on the tasting menu. The panna cotta with a grape reduction was also sublime. We will be visiting again!

I've been wanting to come and try the Costardi brothers' famous risottos for almost a year, I'd say that expectations were not disappointed, in fact, I can't wait to go back to try all the other risottos on the menu (and there are so many). The other dishes tried are also up to par, the service is fast and attentive, the wine tasting is perfect, each glass offered pairs perfectly with the dish. After a 7-course tasting menu including 3 risottos (by my choice there were 3) the proposed dessert was perfect to end the dinner with freshness without weighing it down.

Very elegant and refined environment. Gourmet cuisine. The lady is very careful both in proposing dishes and wines in combination. Furthermore, being allergic, she immediately created alternatives for unsuitable dishes. Congratulations and thanks for your attention

This place put Vercelli on the map for a reason. Very unique risotto. From a pizza to cappuccino to duck. You won’t believe what you are eating. You can get plain-old risotto anywhere, but why, when you can get a totally unique experience. Isn’t that why you came here?
