During a lunch with friends, we had the pleasure of tasting the renowned cuisine of the Del Lago restaurant. We chose the "meat" menu, to which the highly trained Andrea expertly paired multiple wines from all over Europe. The cuisine is excellent, the cellar is refined, cared for and truly appreciable. It was a satisfying and high-level experience, the care taken in the presentation and expert execution of the dishes allow us to appreciate the very high quality of the raw materials even better. Excellent partridge and deer, great-looking cheese trolley. Overall: Excellent.

There are many stars, so many, and here in this splendid restaurant I can't find them. Here too the red team paused. Here we need at least 2 stars. But your inspectors forgot. Absolute sadness. Great welcome and a service that thrilled me. Dishes with a real taste without a thousand flourishes. Encyclopedic wine list with attractive prices. Less than this the wines are given away as gifts. I have returned several times, a pleasure that is renewed. An innovative cuisine but rich in tradition. The cacio e pepe with lake trout is difficult to forget, but every time there are proposals that are always of great value. This time I added the partridge, a dish that is difficult to forget. Impeccable anniversary dinner! I went there with my partner for the first time, game menu with accompanying glasses per course. The professionalism, the emphasis of the sommelier in describing the wines and the fantastic pairings are astounding. All the staff are highly trained and extremely professional, the courses respect the professionalism of the staff, the price is not exaggerated compared to the quality of the dishes and the professionalism of the staff.

Location in front of the Aquapartita lake, very professional service, excellent food from presentation to taste, we took the seasonal tasting menu, and the best thing is that you can change some courses or even cancel them! Very large and varied selection of wines with fair prices, care and precision from sommelier Andrea who can perceive his great passion and research for wines all over the world!
What more can I say! Highly recommended place for those looking for elevated cuisine!

Siamo stati in questo ristorante in 7 con 2 vegetariane con altissime aspettative che sono state tutte soddisfatte.
Personale attento, professionale e veramente preparato, cura dei dettagli, cucina e vini da urlo.
Il menù vegetariano è stato strepitoso.
Una coccola che vale la pena regalarsi!
