It's lost its magic, too bad. Last year I frequented this restaurant and fell in love with it. Too bad it disappointed my expectations. I went back four times thinking I had made the wrong dish or that I was unlucky, but nothing. The dishes are presented well but they lack that something that made me want to return. Such a pity. Slow and unorganized service.

Menu interessante, qualità e varietà ottime, servizio impeccabile. Bravi. Unica pecca per me, la seduta sulla panca/divano scomoda.

Stumbled upon this restaurant by chance and it turned out to be a very pleasant surprise. Elegant, well-kept and very clean environment. Impeccable hospitality and service. Noteworthy dishes. One above all, the reverse carbonara which, in my opinion, deserves a "star": spectacular.

If you want to live a magical experience then this is the right place. We were welcomed with great professionalism. Abundant dishes of absurd quality. Right value for money. An experience to absolutely repeat.

I rarely have high expectations on Christmas Day and Gastarea was a real surprise. Even though there were 16 of us and 4 children, the service was impeccable, seasoned with professionalism and extreme courtesy, as was the menu, studied but simple, with touches of cuisine and an eye on tradition. Very nice and welcoming place, even when full it left space and, no small feat, the possibility of talking without annoying backgrounds. In short, a wonderful experience, for which our applause goes to all the staff who, in addition to us, did their utmost to make a special day for our two four-legged friends too. Well done, actually, very good. Thanks again and we will be back to see you soon.

Difficilmente nutro grandi aspettative il giorno di Natale e Gastarea è stata una vera sorpresa. Pur essendo in 16 e con 4 bambini il servizio è stato ineccepibile, condito di professionalità ed estrema cortesia, così come il menù, studiato ma semplice, con tocchi di cucina ed uno sguardo alla tradizione. Locale molto carino ed accogliente, anche pieno lasciava spazio e, cosa non da poco, la possibilità di interloquire senza fastidiosi sottofondi. Insomma, una bellissima esperienza, per cui il nostro plauso va a tutto lo staff che, oltre a noi, si è prodigato per rendere una giornata speciale anche ai nostri due quattrozampe. Bravi, anzi, bravissimi. Grazie ancora e torneremo presto a trovarvi.

Accoglienza e cordialità impeccabili, piatti originali preparati con cura dal giovane chef, in presentazioni molto curate, e con una buona carta di vini locali e regionali. Ritorneremo sicuramente.
