Good morning, Truly beautiful place, very well looked after and of a very high standard. It's a shame that some of the catering staff are unprofessional and discriminatory. For me everything is fine.

Very nice establishment, magnificent SPA. Has charging stations for electric vehicles.

The spa is spectacular. The spacious rooms and the attention of all the staff is the best.

One of the most beautiful structures I have visited in Trentino, a true 5 star where the welcome is of great style, the Director Polegato welcomed us with his elegance and professionalism and personally accompanied us to the breakfast room where they welcomed us warmly, the restaurant room is beautiful where a large window with a breathtaking view of Pinzolo and the whitewashed Dolomites pampers you throughout breakfast, With very well organized open kitchens, compliments for the high level breakfast, very kind dining room staff assisted by the maitre with grace.. congratulations 🎉🍾🎊

This resort is really extraordinary, with very elegant surroundings and furnishings. The suite was comfortable, spacious but still intimate. The spa was superb and the service refined. The Grual restaurant and the “Sentiero Altimetrico” (“Elevation Trail”) menu deserve a special mention: we did not expect such a delicious and fine dining experience, with very special zero-mile dishes!

Cena perfetta: Servizio ottimo, molto attento ma non invadente . Comunicata l’intolleranza al lattosio la cucina ha replicato che avrebbero potuto riproporre tutti i piatti-circa 15 diversi tra antipasti, primi e secondi (spesso in questo tipo di ristoranti la scelta si restringe a 2-3 piatti). Entrées: molto bene Risotto mantecato con olio, senza burro: 10 e lode Uovo : molto bene Gnocchi alla rapa rossa con ricotta: 9 Salmerino e topinambur: 10 Dolci: tarte Tatin per gli intolleranti al lattosio: bene Vasta scelta di whiskey (non è mai facile trovare un Dalwhinnie in lista - consiglio di aggiungere anche lo Scapa, prodotto a Kirkwall sulle isole Orcadi … è una bella chicca) Arrivate a sorpresa anche le coccole sul finale 9 overall

Great service: the real five stars. Amazing pool, great breakfast, very attentive staff.

We took the 8 course tasting menu and wine pairing. Had a few snacks to start and then enjoyed all of the eight courses and the local wines chosen. Service was excellent and courses were served without much wait. Finished with some chocolates that followed the theme of the menu. Highly recommended.
