Reserved place... food with attention to detail and above all in the flavors that the chef manages to enhance... Even the presentation of the dishes is a "palette of colours"... they look like paintings... they exalt you just at the sight.. Mr. Bentivegna and his daughter are always present in the room and when choosing the dish they carefully explain what you will eat... and advise you which wine to pair with... A place of the highest quality so the price is also adequate for the service they offer... Excellent...

We went to the Hostaria a few evenings ago. Excellent food. Excellent and very professional service. I had a pasta with red mullet and fennel which was something spectacular. The cod with smoked skin was also excellent. My girlfriend had a sardine soup I had never tasted in my life but it was really good. High prices but the quality pays off. The only flaw: I don't really like the room (the entrance is right on the tables where the other customers eat). Advised.

Small restaurant in a characteristic alley in the center of Sciacca. Lovers of good food and restaurants of a "certain level", we book through The Fork for 5 people. The place is really very small but this is a detail that could be fine if only the waiter didn't transform into "your shadow" by approaching the customer every second to empty the bottle of water, wine and any other drink to offer you a new bottle. Dishes that are beautiful to look at, with excellent quality products but too rich in salt (we asked not to add it but in fact all the dishes were salty!). Owner very attentive to customer requests which are sometimes disregarded compared to expectations. Nice table linen but sky-high prices (we paid 2 waters of 0.75 liters, 8 euros in total and one of these remained totally full because the waiter, having poured out the entire contents of the first water, overfilling the glasses, asked us if we wanted the second water that remained untouched on the table). The service totally needs to be reviewed (I didn't like this type of pedantic but at the same time not very real attention) and also the prices, because they don't totally reflect the quality (excellent but not excellent).

Location in an excellent position, the raw seafood is mouth watering, the rest is pointless to talk about as everyone has their own tastes and prices, for me it's enough to look at the stars I've put
