WOW experience! Recommended by a colleague and I must say that we were fully satisfied. A fusion menu between traditions and Japan. Competent staff capable of putting you at ease, capable of balancing the elegance of the place. I can't wait to go back to try new dishes. We chose the sensory experience consisting of 7 courses. The octopus with chorizo ​​was the best dish for me, it brought me back to reliving the months spent in Spain. Congratulations, I will definitely be back!

Che dire… meritate una stella Michelin. Menù e servizio top ad un giusto prezzo. Ottimi anche gli assaggi iniziali dalla cucina e grissini e burro irresistibili. Continuate così.

Excellent food, location and service. Super kind and attentive to various dietary needs regarding allergies/intolerances! Refined combinations and gourmet dishes. Don't leave hungry, on the contrary. They pamper you from start to finish! We will be back because everything was delicious!

Ristorante accogliente, gestione quasi completamente familiare dove cortesia, preparazione, eccellenze enogastronomiche convivono in stretta simbiosi. È’ qualche anno che ho conosciuto questo locale, e da allora ad oggi ogni qual volta passo da Cuneo una sosta per pranzo è irrinunciabile.

25/03/2024: Tradition, quality, courtesy, three fundamental characteristics for a place that wants to serve food in the Langa, essential whether it is a ⭐️⭐️⭐️ or a trattoria. Here all this is well combined in an environment curated by solid Piedmontese experience. Traditional Langhe dishes, excellent fassone steak, exciting tajarin, hazelnut cake with zabaglione. A glass of Barbaresco (unmissable) and a glass of Moscato, small pastry coffee. €50 spent that couldn't be better.
25/03/2024: Traditional Piedmontese dishes, well prepared, quality products. Nice and friendly staff attentive to requests, always smiling. Excellent wines. Small but well-kept environment. Adequate cost. I will happily return
