Typical restaurant in the heart of Perugia also mentioned by the Michelin Guide. Food was great with taste and sour, service very friendly and attentive. Prices are quite good considered the quality.

Il Giurista in located in an historical building very close to Perugia's main square and its setting is remarkable, with a antique ambiance that matches the excellent way in which traditional dishes are prepared and presented. The service is attentive and professional and the cuisine quality is very high. The restaurant is focused on meat, offering also a special, tasty truffle menu, Strongly recommended!

Today for lunch with my girlfriend, a wonderful experience. Very kind and professional, the food was all delicious but the umbricelli with wild boar gave me shivers. I highly recommend going there

E' raro che le valutazioni entusiastiche trovino riscontro nella realtà, ma Il Giurista fa eccezione. Premesso che è obbligatorio prenotare, il menu crea problemi di scelta perchè offre piatti della cucina tradizionale che è difficile trovare: personalmente ho scelto la trippa e i fegatini di pollo e ho ritrovato gusti che ormai appartenevano al passato. L'unico rimpianto il non poter tornare a breve vista la distanza, ma questo locale rimarrà nella mia agenda per i prossimi viaggi in Umbria. Proprietario gentilissimo (con il quale abbiamo scambiato quattro chiacchiere sulla buona cucina), camerieri altrettanto. E per finire, conto più che onesto. Insomma, 10 e lode.
