A little dated restaurant, I recommend changing the look, good food and service... it's a shame that there were certain people who instead of talking shouted as if we were at the market... I would reserve Valentine's evening only for couples.

Truly a class that cannot be improvised, but which is the result of years of experience at high levels, especially in room and customer management.
How else could I judge the service that took place at our table, always relating in an extremely professional and pleasant way, when it came to interacting with my children. One detail, because it is the details that make the difference, struck me: we had ordered still water at room temperature at the start of the meal, which we finished and reordered from the same waiter. Once the second bottle was finished, another waiter brought us, anticipating our request, a third bottle, this time fresh. As soon as the first waiter noticed this, he brought us, unsolicited, a fourth bottle at room temperature! We only found 3 in the bill! Chapeau.
The food is definitely in line with the place. Very good, excellent raw materials, used to enhance simple, elaborate, innovative and traditional dishes.
The tagliatelle with ragout and casoncelli alla Bresciana taken by my children were very good. Also good are the cuttlefish ink tagliatelle with baby squid and smoked sea bass roe. Complex, delicate and well prepared dish. The rags with courgettes and prawns are also good. All the pasta was fresh and homemade.
The turbot in a bread crust with a stew of cherry tomatoes was excellent, enhancing the excellent raw material. The desserts and dry pastries offered by the house are also valid. Lunch accompanied by an excellent Ribolla di Primosic.
What to say? If we add that we were also in a historic place that boasts a centuries-old tradition, I would say that our lunch was truly exceptional.
Account in line with the quality and perhaps even below expectations given the high overall level.

Pranzo veloce, ma sufficiente per aver prova di un locale molto curato nel servizio e nei piatti, tutti eccellenti. I prezzi non sono economici, ma se si cerca qualcosa di speciale a base in particolare di pesce ne vale la pena.
