Fine, exquisite dishes are offered at Tamarindo. In addition to the fish-heavy menu, vegetarians and meat lovers alike will find what they are looking for. Visually the dishes stand out.
As a starter, the prawns in a pistachio crust on parmesan cream were a real treat and the raspberries went very well with them.
The homemade tagliolini with red prawns in red fish sauce and the prawn tartare were also very good and plentiful. The recommended white wine rounded off both dishes perfectly. The service was good.

We stumbled upon this small restaurant by chance, and what's more, it was out of season on the last day of September.
We entered with some fear because it was empty when we arrived, even though some other diners later arrived.
A real surprise! Really excellent starters, first and second courses. Excellent tagliatelle with red prawns and amberjack tartare, but also an extraordinary cod. A mini wine list, but of quality without excess. I highly recommend it. The two of us spent 130 euros, but it was truly deserved, unlike the Andrea restaurant in Carloforte where for the same amount we ate truly ordinary cuisine, dishes without soul or technique.

I went with my girlfriend yesterday for a simple dinner, what can I say, the location is very intimate and well looked after, delicious fish starters, I tasted the tuna stew for the first time, really tender. Dimitri, the boy who served us, was very courteous and professional and was able to give us excellent advice regarding both the dishes and the wine. I definitely recommend.

Locale molto carino, ben arredato e accogliente; personale cordiale e professionale; cucina moderna ispirata alla tradizione, dolci ottimi con varietà di scelta.
La cucina e la materia prima utilizzata sono di qualità eccellente.
Abbiamo cenato con calamari ripieni, gamberi in crosta, polpo alla Diavola e un piatto del giorno. Prezzo un po’ alto ma la qualità dei prodotti si nota.

Molto bravi! Servizio da locale di alto livello e materie prime evidentemente fresche e ben lavorate. Tra i vari locali che ci hanno consigliato sul posto non è stato menzionato, ma suggerisco di provarlo.

Siamo stati in questo ristorante un giovedì sera di agosto, in 4 adulti e la nostra bimba di 2 anni. Siamo stati accolti benissimo. Cibo eccellente! Squisiti e ricercati gli antipasti, nota particolare per l'insalata di aragosta fuori menù. Ottimi sia i primi sia i secondi. Tra i dessert, tutti buonissimi, ci ha colpito la crema al mascarpone con i frutti di bosco e la caprese di cioccolato. Servizio gentile e premuroso anche per i più piccoli. Continuate così!

Posto carino, cucina curatissima.
Ottimo il polpo su letto di crema di peperoni e burrata, molto buoni i ravioli di pesce, eccezionale il calamaro ripieno su bisque di crostacei.
Presentazioni da ristorante stellato.
Prezzi molto interessanti considerando tutti questi fattori.
