Nice place, excellent food as well as service. Top!!

Extraordinary place, in a stunning setting among the Tuscan hills, it's like a hidden gem. The food is very elaborate, delicious and made of local ingredients! Every little bite takes you to another place of the region. From the salt of Volterra, through a fresh virgin oil, to the local Marzuolo truffles. The service is amazing - a cherry on the cake. Definitely we'll come back!

What a gem! The vegetarian starter was amazing, as were the truffle pasta and the pavlova. Good portions - not too large and not too small and full of flavour. My other half confirmed his cut of beef was cooked to perfection. Excellent service. We would love to be around in the Summer so we could enjoy the beautiful views from the terrace - who knows? Maybe we will make it back.

Professional staff, helpful and well organized even to welcome a large group like ours. The food was delicious, the cake delicious and beautiful. It wasn't the first time I had lunch in this restaurant, rating 10/10.

Typical Tuscan cuisine but revisited with skilful and modern culinary art. An excellent taste experience. Excellent service, panorama of a very high level, honest prices. Score 10 and highly recommended.

We saw it in the summer... beautiful location... But we were there for lunch on a rainy autumn Sunday. Everything was excellent, the starters, the meat and the desserts. Very kind staff and excellent wine... A Morellino. We will be back to try the beautiful first courses on the menu. Well done.

Non avrei mai pensato di trovare un posto del genere in quel di Pomarance. Dopo svariate volte che mi era stato consigliato sono capitate tutte le condizioni per andarci. Che dire, posto molto bello, la giornata non era ottimale per stare fuori, altrimenti sarebbe stato davvero TOP. Ci siamo accomodati dentro con un tavolo nella seconda sala, dato che abbiamo un bambino piccolo, anche per evitare di far confusione e dare fastidio agli altri (anche se in realtà poi è stato bravissimo). Le note liete sono tutte: personale molto gentile, paziente e disponibile, piatti usciti con i giusti tempi ed è stato tutto molto accogliente e confortevole. Noi abbiamo anche chiesto un paio di Spritz prima di iniziare a pranzare ed eravamo ben fatti. Di antipasto abbiamo preso la tartare che tutt’ora continua a farmi venire l’acquolina in bocca e “la nostra selezione”. Poi una tagliatella del giorno (funghi e salsiccia ed altro), filetto con funghi porcini e tiramisu ed un altro dolce con la zucca che era eccezionale. Tutto condito da due calici di Chianti.
