Ottimo tagliere con abbondanza di salumi. Tutti ottimi, ottima anche la bruschetta condita con olio di Montefalco. Eccezionale la pirofila con formaggio primo sale al forno, il tutto servito assieme ad un vinello eccellente. Per finire amaro alle erbe. Eccellente il servizio del signor Carlo, gentile e simpatico

Not far from the fabulous Marmore Falls is this simple restaurant with traditional and delicious dishes. The thing that will remain in my mind the most, however, is the extraordinary kindness, generosity and joviality of the manager who alone manages to serve an entire room, say a few words, give you roses, still warm ricotta 😍🥰 and water for the journey. Happily impressed. Thanks ❤

Trattoria tipica vecchio stampo: poca scelta ma con prodotti tipici e a km 0 (molto provenienti dalla azione da agricola del proprietario). Gentilezza e attenzione al cliente che non avevo mai visto da nessuna parte: rosa all’arrivo per tutte le donne, acqua offerta per il viaggio di ritorno e tante altre accortezza che fanno la differenza. Prezzi onesti. Ne vale la pena assolutamente

04/04/2024: I can't rate the rooms because I haven't stayed there. If they were as good as the lunch we had in the restaurant on Easter Monday, then they would deserve excellence. We had a wonderful time both for the exquisiteness of the food and for the abundance of the dishes. A parade of typical Umbrian cuisine libations which is already a guarantee. A masterful interpretation of tradition and ancient flavours. Congratulations to everyone, including the waiters, very kind and particularly attentive to the needs of the moment. We will definitely be back to give a wonderful experience to our friends.
