Anche in questo ristorante abbiamo scelto il menù degustazione con vini abbinati, nostra figlia invece ha consumato una pasta alla carbonara, cucinata in maniera tradizionale, e una tagliata con patate al forno. Tutte e due le portate sono risultate abbondanti e molto buone, la carne tenerissima. I nostri menù degustazione ci sono piaciuti, ricordo con entusiasmo l’uovo vegetale e la cappesanta, due piatti che mai avrei scelto se non fossero stati inseriti all’interno di un menù.
