It is a place that I can absolutely recommend. It's a shame that I don't have places like this where I live. If I end up in Florence again I will definitely go back. First I had the truly excellent vegan carbonara, my favorite of the dishes I had. Then beans all' bird and tofu scallops. There were other dishes that intrigued me but I tried these for the first time. There weren't many people but it was lunch during the week at the beginning of April. I had to wait a bit for the dishes to arrive but they were still normal. Luckily there are also places like this where you can eat tasty vegetable dishes. I would definitely stay here again.

I rarely leave a review for places, but I stumbled across this restaurant the night I left Florence and it was wonderful. A fully vegan menu is a rare treat for me, especially with Italian food! Cannot recommend the carbonara enough- it was better than any non-vegan carbonara I remember tasting. Very creamy, very delicious. Service was fast and our server was so nice and accommodating! Vegan or not, this is a must-stop in Florence. Made my trip!

I went for lunch with a friend and was pleasantly surprised. Excellent food and generous portions. The waiter was very kind and polite and the service very fast. We will definitely be back.

I'm not vegan but I have to say that what I ate here was really good and filling. Very nice, kind and knowledgeable, Gabriele the waiter. Particular, welcoming location. Possibility to park both on the street and in paid car parks. ZTL zone off on Sundays. I recommend it to anyone who wants to eat vegan, even to those like me who aren't.

Ambiente carino e curato, atmosfera piacevole. Il personale discreto e gentile. La qualità del cibo ottima. Tutto Vegan dall'antipasto al dolce: difficile di solito trovare 6 scelte di dolce Vegan! Buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Consigliato!

Da Nirvana sono stata a pranzo , è sempre bello trovare un angolino di pace in una cultura carnivora come quella Toscana. Cibo semplice ma gustoso e porzioni abbondanti. Ambiente interno carinissimo, esterno forse potrebbe avere un po' più di 'carattere'. Se passate a Firenze e cercate della cucina cruelty free, ve lo consiglio (:
