Excellent, everything good and cared for

It wasn't easy to get to this nice restaurant. In any case, it is worth it, a very intimate place and certainly in the summer it must be a pleasure to dine in the garden. High level cuisine with excellent products. Best bow cod I've tasted in a long time. Nice wine list with excellent vintages and look what a surprise to find here in Piedmont a nice selection of Amarone from great producers. Definitely worth the trip just a stone's throw from the motorway exit. Staff of rare kindness. Mon chapeau tres bien. See you next time thanks

They told me very well about it. I'm very curious. For the tasting menu (the price is not exactly average in my opinion) we both had to order the same things. But what if we have opposite tastes? Alright. We ask for a Piedmontese appetizer, nothing, they warn us that they will bring us something else but they don't explain why. Alright. Superlative spaghetti with ginger. Fair to say. Let's get to dessert. The dessert that I saw arriving at all the tables around me (very tempting, I couldn't wait) nothing, finished. We received another dessert, which wasn't even sweet. But I had booked, I didn't arrive as a surprise. It's been years since I left reviews (because I hate them and I hate reviewing other people's work) but here the expectations were too high and I was disappointed.

La locazion immersa nel verde del Monferrato è piacevole ed il ristorante di qualità sia sotto l'aspetto della locazione che dell'offerta dei piatti piemontesi. Servizio attento e puntuale, bravissimo giovane cameriere. Ma qualcosa deve migliorare in merito all'esecuzione dei piatti e forse alla qualità delle materie prime, serve fare meglio ed approfondire un percorso di crescita.

Un bel locale con una bell'atmosfera. Buon cibo, ottime le materie prime. Un po' più caro della media. Servizio sicuramente cordiale e giovane, ma alcuni tratti un po' confusionario, può capitare. Buona esperienza comunque, ci ritorneremo

In 8 amici, abbiamo organizzato il pranzo in questo ristorante, per festeggiare due eventi. Personalmente mai stato prima. Il locale si presenta molto bello e ben curato. Interno caratteristico. Abbiamo mangiato divinamente, piatti unici e mai provati. Ben pensato anche il presente di benvenuto a tavola mentre si ordina. Apprezzato. Direi eccellenti. Ottima anche la carta dei vini. Il personale molto preparato, simpatico e disponibile. Prezzo buono e nella media. (Chiaramente oscilla in base al bere e devo dire che noi abbiamo apprezzato le tre bottiglie di Nebbiolo 😁). Bravi. 👏🏼
