Avendo prenotato la sera stessa per due ( io e la mia ragazza) l'accoglienza è stata decisamente piacevole, abbiamo ordinato uno gnocco fritto e due pizzette come antipasto, davvero buono, come primo abbiamo deciso di prendere una genovese, anche quest'ultima davvero deliziosa, acclamata con tanto di scarpetta finale. Infine abbiamo ordinato lo scrigno di maialino, servito in modo appariscente, anche quest'ultimo degno di nota. Complessivamente è stata una piacevole esperienza, ad un prezzo onesto e accessibile, tuttavia, unica critica, la cameriera sembra aver perso il sorriso durante il servizio, non so per quale motivo, nonostante il nostro continuo ringraziare ad ogni portata, non ricambiava nemmeno una volta. Ad ogni modo, torneremo per provare altri piatti.

Abbiamo mangiato benissimo, consiglio soprattutto l antipasto misto che era squisito. Io ho provato anche la picanha , mi è piaciuta molto, porzioni abbondanti e prezzi onesti.

We just dined at this fantastic place. The food was great and the service really good. The hostess was so sweet. We will return, whenever in Eboli.

02/04/2024: We spent a wonderful weekend at Sfruscia'... Clean rooms.. Attentive staff.. A spa and relaxing massages.. Excellent food and above all we had Mr. Paolo, the very welcoming owner.. Thank you
19/03/2024: I didn't stay overnight but only had lunch with my family. The room is very welcoming and clean, easily accessible from the car park. The service was impeccable. The girl who served us, Maria, was simply exceptional. As for the menu, it was certainly one of the best I've tasted recently. We ate their famous appetizer, consisting of a platter of cold cuts and cheeses plus three hot dishes. First we were served a trio of first courses all prepared with homemade pasta. We didn't eat the second courses because we were already full. What can I say, everything was simply exceptional, I finally rediscovered the flavors of ancient cuisine. I consider the price appropriate for the category of the venue but certainly excellent compared to the quality of the product offered. My compliments to the manager. I will definitely return.
