Very nice place, friendly staff. Portions a little skimpy, dishes very particular and elaborate but alas I didn't find the wow effect I would have liked! Large selection of wines. However, it is a good restaurant that I recommend for eating something different!

We had dinner with friends and took the full tasting menu. I found the food very good, an excellent compromise between tradition and innovation. I particularly enjoyed the amouse bouche made with 4 typical Piedmontese biscuits but in a savory version. The truly remarkable pre-dessert. The only small flaw was that I found the bread basket not at the level of the rest of the dishes offered. Small but warm and welcoming place as is the service. I can only recommend it and I will definitely come back again if there is an opportunity.

Abbiamo ricevuto in regalo una cena con otto portate e vini.
L'esperienza è stata ottima! Dall'accoglienza, alla gentilezza del personale, fino al saluto finale dello Chef, che a fine cena è passato da tutti i tavoli, salutando e, facendosi conoscere di persona. Il cibo è giusto: cucina innovativa, di qualità,ma si capisce cosa c'è nel piatto, il vino ottimo; non sono una grande sommeiller, quindi non è un parere professionale. Consiglio senz'altro questo locale, ci torneremo, magari con amici, sicuri di far loro una bella sorpresa.

Abbiamo provato il menù da 8 portate con 3 assaggi di vini. Tutto buono con i plin e la vitella eccezionali. Consigliato per una serata di coppia a tra amici.

Se non fosse per l'attesa di 20 minuti - capisco che fosse sabato, ma è un pochino too much - il voto sarebbe 10. La presenza sulla guida è pienamente giustificata, menù ricco ed elaborato, così come la carta dei vini. Esperienza gratificante. Da ripetere.
