Too bad I asked for a room temperature Coke and it was brought to me cold. When I told him, he brought it to the table but didn't replace it for me. I thought they were offering it to me since the mistake was theirs. I never drink cold things, not even in summer because of my stomach. I left a glass of coke. I drank the minimum due to thirst. I paid the bill which included the coke and complained. It was the first time I went there. Even if the pizza is good but if I ask you for a drink out of the fridge it must be out of the fridge. No one apologized for the mistake of the cold drink

L'ambiente è tranquillo. Ci siamo trovati bene anche per quanto riguarda il servizio nei tempi giusti, le pietanze arrivate insieme, prezzi accessibili. Ritorneremo sicuramente ancora.

La Piramide Di Francese Carlo & C. S.a.s.

23/03/2024: The classic pizza in a pizzeria in the company of friends which I recommend. Spoiler alert: it's not a real pyramid so no sarcophagi or mummies but you can still taste an Egyptian climate probably because of the oven.
12/03/2024: For me and my partner it is the best pizza in Biella! We've been taking it every week since we discovered the place. The other dishes are also all excellent, generous portions, very high quality products (not to mention the olive oil they leave on the table 😋😍). I agree that it's not cheap, but for us it's so good that it's always worth it. And I repeat, the products are of quality and this justifies the price. Even the desserts are super! Finally, I find them cute, but above all very fast. The place is always PACKED, but I have never waited a minute longer for delivery (in fact sometimes if I arrive early they deliver earlier). Ditto at the table, whether it's Saturday evening or during the week, after a few minutes you're already eating. Crazy since they have a lot of covers + home service + takeaway! Top 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
