What can I say, this restaurant was a surprise. We came across 8 by chance. Super friendly and professional staff. All of excellent quality! We ate different things including first courses, appetizers, side dishes, desserts, all super super good and of excellent quality. Really compliments. Super recommended. Excellent quality/price!

There was a one star review from me, but there was definitely a mistake because for me it has always been one of my favorite restaurants. Everything here is excellent from the menu to the service to the atmosphere

CULINARY VALUE BEYOND THE GOOGLE AVERAGE! Today we went to Pantalin on recommendation to try their very traditional dishes, we were told that the restaurant was located near an industrial area (not the best for a Sunday lunch) but once we entered the aromas immediately began to involve us ... A lunch beyond all expectations: livers truly made to perfection (with bay leaf, top), beautiful and delicious appetizers, but the dish that struck me most was Spaghetti with citrus fruits: magnificent, I would have eaten 3 dishes, a great flavor unique but very delicate, with ham as a contrast and flavor (MUST BE RESERVED!), bread and pasta made by them, pure poetry. Very kind and always attentive staff, here there is a certain knowledge of the trade and it shines through both in the dishes and in the staff. In my opinion this place is worth a 4.7 up. NOT TO BE MISSED

Speciale per la carne, io ho scelto l ossobuco di maiale come piatto del giorno ed era veramente top, si scioglieva in bocca. La mia compagna ha provato la pizza ed era morbida e tendente al poco cotto, ma forse era una questione di impasto. Si trova in mezzo ad una zona industriale ma una volta all interno il personale ti fa sentire come a casa

Ci "associamo" alla recensione letta poco fa, del sig. Enrico Francesconi scritta un mese fa. Alla luce di come è andata cena di qualche settimana fa...E' stata "quasi divertente" la preoccupazione della signora chiedente le ordinazioni, dopo aver sentito richiesta di grigliata mista di carne:"Ci sono anche fegatelli, ve lo dico e se non vi piacciono cambiamo". Il problema non sono certo i fegatelli. Il problema è arrivato anche qui...: porzioni ridicole e prezzo ancor più ridicolo che mi lasciava sospetti all'inizio, 16 euro per grigliata mista in un locale ben fatto, ampio e moderno. Ho capito appena arrivata grigliata, perché tutta la gente intorno in un ristorante pizzeria di carne...Mangiavano tutti e solo la pizza. Ultima volta mesi fa gli arrosticini nel piatto della grigliata erano 5. Stavolta come si vede da foto di altri clienti entusiasti di mangiare evidentemente meno possibile...Erano DUE. Qui non siamo inesperti di ristorazione, il locale è avviato da decenni. Quindi è molto strampalato vedere un salto anche sul menù, dai 16 euro per una grigliata mista che rapportata alle porzioni fino a pochi mesi fa, vale 10 euro al massimo...Ad opzione di fiorentine alla brace "ancora più in offerta" a 6.5 euro l'etto...Ossia 65 euro al kg. E in mezzo? In mezzo bastava concepire almeno 2 tipologie di grigliata mista di carne, pronti già i nomi: una, "grigliata per falsi ricchi" o "per tirchioni" da 15 euro, togliendo anche l'arrosticino di troppo, lasciandocene solo uno giusto per dire che c'è. Poi una grigliata SERIA, per amanti della carne, per gente che se esce a cena fuori, vuole tornare a casa contenta, soddisfatta. Una grigliata SERIA da 25 euro a porzione ad esempio, ripristinando le porzioni di una volta seppur con altri prezzi. Torneremo quando leggeremo online un menù rinnovato, con scritto chiaramente prima ancora del prezzo, la varietà e quantità di carne nella grigliata, quindi con andazzo italiano della ristorazione post-inflazione 2022 ma ora inflazione FERMA, mah vedremo...

Tutto davvero ottimo, materie prime di qualità, buona presentazione dei piatti, gentilezza e cortesia e soprattutto velocità nel servizio. Lo consiglio
