Optimal!! Eating here is a complete surprise, relying on the guidance of the chef/owner you reach a goal that leaves you very satisfied. The wine selections, both local and otherwise, are also excellent. Everything very good.

We went to Osmodi on February 10th for dinner, the place was just for us. In these cases it's worth the trip, the restaurant pays great attention to detail, the chef Deborah was fantastic (thanks again) we had a 6-course tasting and wine tasting, particularly pay attention to intolerances and allergies. as regards the menu in words it is difficult to explain what we felt while eating its dishes, it was a carousel of flavours, smells and consistencies of the dishes above the average of many famous starred ones. We will come back for sure

A very particular place, with attention to detail in the furnishings. A modern style that transmits a welcoming and refined warmth. We were in a big hurry so we couldn't post the various tasting itineraries at the same time we were able to experience, albeit in a very small proportion, the delicacy and culinary art of the chef. Inside the restaurant you can breathe the air of experimentation and research which finds a creative synthesis in the various carefully prepared dishes and in their details and presented in a very refined way. A pearl of culinary art set in an ancient context that surrounds it.

During a special evening organized by the Osmosi restaurant, I had the privilege of participating in an exclusive tasting of the wines of the La Carcaia winery in Gradoli. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, with every detail taken care of to provide an unforgettable experience. The menu, created especially for the occasion by chef Emanuela, was a journey of flavours, colors and textures, designed to complement the La Carcaia wines. From the appetizer to the dessert, each dish was a dialogue between food and wine, where the aromas intertwined and the sensations of taste and aroma blended perfectly. I experienced a true symphony of tastes, the result of the collaboration between Osmosi and La Carcaia. This tasting was an immersion in the creative potential of Osmosi's cuisine, where tradition and innovation come together to create incredible experiences.

Small and welcoming Excellent tasting menus

Little gem.... Totally female management and you can see it in the attention to the smallest details (even the toilet is a jewel).......we tried it for lunch... 4-course tasting menu... Excellent cuisine... Extreme attention to the raw materials and the presentation of the dishes.... Purple potatoes with creamed cod, ravioli filled with octopus all'amatriciana, cuttlefish stuffed with vegetables, liquorice panna cotta (and they also gave us some babà with ricotta, a bomb). Not a tavern but a splendid romantic restaurant, which offers culinary experiences rather than lunches or dinners... Highly recommended if you want to try something special with your loved one but without breaking the bank... Compliments!!!

The Osmosi Osteria Moderna, located in the heart of Montefiascone, offered my partner and me a gastronomic experience that was a sensorial journey through the flavours, aromas and high quality of the raw materials present in Chef Debora Costantini's kitchen. Debora is a synthesis of instinct, technique, humility and passion. He shared with us some of his techniques and the experiences gained in his journey of continuous training which he reflects in every dish that comes out of his kitchen. We preferred to rely on the tasting menu which was divided into colors and flavors that always surprised the palate and the sight. The ending was written with a Baba with a birthday candle which I found delightful and I say this as a Neapolitan.

Restaurant found by chance with TripAdvisor but a pleasant discovery. The owner, in addition to making us feel comfortable, took us on a journey of remarkable flavours, all prepared with care and elegantly plated. Excellent cellar. We will definitely return.

Locale ben arredato e curato nei dettagli. Scelta dei vini ottima con una selezione raffinata da parte della titolare (questa volta abbiamo scelto le Vigne del Patrimonio - Ala cuvée Brut che sono delle bollicine strepitose). Conoscendo il locale e la tipologia di offerta, abbiamo dato "carta bianca" alla Chef per un menù nel rispetto dei canoni vegani. Ben vengano sorprese del genere (che si possono osservare nelle foto allegate). Sapori avvolgenti, non banali, ognuno con caratteristiche organolettiche ben marcate. Nessuna nota stonata nel rispetto dei canoni classici del "crescendo dei sapori". Presentazioni ineccepibili.
