I had been looking for a restaurant that served high quality fish for a long time and by chance a friend recommended the Metropolitan to me. So I decide to go with 3 friends. The welcome was immediately fantastic: tables that allow you to sit comfortably and with the right distance from others, in such a way as to guarantee that privacy between people at the same table. The quality of the fish is extremely high: you can see that the staff is attentive and meticulously selects the food to serve to customers, as well as extremely welcoming, friendly and above all prepared. Detailed description of each course and the wines available: a wonderful experience. I attach below some of the dishes I ordered and I sincerely believe that there is no need to add anything else, the photos speak for themselves. Unfortunately for the restaurateurs, they will have to put up with me many more times. To conclude, the bill was truly honest for the quality and above all the quantity of the portions served. Moderno e raffinato ristorante nel quale apprezzare soprattutto crudi di pesce, presentati e serviti con autentica maestria; ho abbinato gli ottimi crudi con una frittura di paranza sublime, davvero speciale. Bollicine francesi, consigliate dall'abile e simpatico ristoratore, hanno completato degnamente la cena. Il costo è stato giustamente proporzionato alla qualità del cibo, del servizio e dell'ambiente. Sarà per me uno dei ristoranti da preferire in città
