I visited the 3 Noci restaurant two years after my first experience and I found a welcoming and familiar environment, but also some aspects to improve. The staff was friendly and helpful, but a little slow in serving the menus, bread and dishes. The waitress who served us didn't seem very expert in tasting wine and poured with difficulty, causing a few drops to fall on the tablecloth and giving two embarrassing kicks to the table legs. Luckily, the quality of the food made up for these inconveniences. I sampled a creamy and flavorful mushroom risotto, a selection of delicious cheeses with a sweet and spicy onion jam, and a soft apple tatin with vanilla ice cream. Rich selection of quality wines. I was satisfied with my lunch and plan to return to try other dishes and to see if the service improves. The 3 Noci restaurant is worth a visit for its genuine and tasty cuisine, but it needs to pay more attention to the details of the service. I give it 4 stars out of 5, with the hope of being able to give it 5 next time.

I decided to take a couple of my colleagues to the restaurant as suggested by one of them. The place has got several seats available. Service is good. The restaurant is very expensive comparing with what they serve and they give to you. I believe you pay the name rather than the food just because they are there for many years. there are 6 euro fixed for each person (service) as soon you sit lol. We took 2 starters, 2 grilled mix, 1 fillet steak, 2 desserts (couple of balls of apple ice cream), 1 and half bottle of wine = total 191 euro for 3 people. If you go somewhere else in Bergamo Area for 191 euro you eat in 5 people! So that's why I put 3 stars in total.

Every year we return to this fantastic restaurant. The food is divine, their appetizer is legendary, first courses, second courses, grilled meat, all delicious. Of course, the bill is not popular, but it is definitely worth it, believe me. Cleanliness and courtesy at the highest level. Highly recommended.

The experience at 3 Noci begins as soon as you arrive, the building with the sloping roof is a little hidden, a little visible, in a play of chiaroscuro, the restaurant outside is surrounded by a monumental, very high, well-kept hedge , from which, in which, you can glimpse the immense external courtyard, illuminated by the yellowish, almost unreal light that seems to flow from the immense bell tower that characterizes and overlooks the entire complex. With all this beauty, you enter already excited, but when you find the entire Cristini family to welcome you, then you understand that you are in the right place all round. The rooms slide into one another, as in the houses of the past, all welcoming, thoughtful, full of objects that recall their work, the territory, the superb centifolia roses placed in transparent cups with sober refinement, and it is immediately welcoming and warmth of the past, but with our feet firmly planted in the present. The small cauldrons, made of copper outside and steel inside, could be said to be their true symbol, tradition yes, but with all the improvements in techniques and progress. From those small cauldrons come artfully creamed risotto, zabaglione creams inebriating with liqueurs, little magical cylinders that create an ever-new anticipation every time. And then you dive into the menu. The meats... fillets that seem to be made of butter, fragrant lambs, heavenly tartares, in which you sense a mix of spices incomprehensible in their harmony, yet formidable in their final effect, casoncelli that look like tiny works of art, the breads, a cellar made of small excellences. The Gorizia rose, no the one with its "special" seasoning, I can't really describe it fully, you have to try it. And everything is then served with the care of the hostess, who has prepared just for you and seeks nothing more than to please you. It really feels like being in a friend's living room (in reality the whole family and staff who in various capacities take turns around you), who accompanies you throughout the entire journey with great discretion, up to the greetings, with an exchange of experiences personal holiday memories. It all seems like a story, yet it really happens like this every day in this very charming gastronomic dream dimension!

Location molto accogliente con cucina casalinga ma molto curata. Sembra di mangiare dalla nonna per tradizione e bontà. Piatti con prodotto di grande qualità ben preparati. Non so dire ca il prezzo in quanto ero ospite
