Very good food and chef's proposal, beautiful presentation and excellent service; At the top, excellent atmosphere but not at the bottom, when you book they don't specify that there are two areas, so it would be good if they did.

We had one of the best culinary experiences of our lives tasting the 7 dishes concocted by the chef. Going from discovery to discovery throughout the meal, we were delighted to taste new flavor combinations. The service was really high quality and that is very appreciable.

I'm not putting too many photos so as not to spoil it... I've been to a lot of restaurants in my life, and several starred ones... and this is the BEST dinner I've had in my entire life. This restaurant will not stay with just 1 star, that’s absolutely certain. The service was exceptional, from the welcome, to the advice, the little attention to the smallest details… The food and wine pairing of 7 courses and 5 wines is absolutely EXQUISITE!!! So yes, it was an expensive dinner, but the value for money met expectations. 1 week ago I paid half that price for a dinner in the center of Rome and it wasn't worth a hundredth of what I ate yesterday. THANK YOU.

Amazing place, immaculate and unexpected combinations of flavors, beautiful plates. Everything me and my friends ate today was thought through and delivered beautifully by the restaurant. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and professional.

I won't go into the merits of the cuisine because I don't have the preparation to be able to review what we tasted. We opted for a 6 and 8 course menu, one of which accompanied with the wine route, all incredible with a mix of tastes completely new to me. The place has attention to detail, very quiet, intimate, with fresh flowers at the table and magnificent porcelain. Parking is difficult but in that area it is unavoidable. The bill isn't cheap but I can say that for the experience I had it was absolutely worth it.

Stumbled upon this restaurant while researching the best places to eat in Rome--they were right. Zia's food is amazing, especially for those who appreciate taking the time to really delve into the flavors placed in front of you. The place has a quiet atmosphere and the staff is very attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. If you choose the 6- or 8-course tasting menu, the staff do ask if you have allergies or taste preferences to allow for a pleasant meal. Personally, I will try anything at least once, so if you want to be (delightfully) surprised and have no allergies, leave it up to the chef. This was me and my family's first dinner in Rome and I would happily come back for another one.

Sono stato a cena con la mia compagna dopo aver ricevuto un voucher regalo per il mio compleanno, onestamente sono rimasto un po’ deluso, siamo entrati nel locale alle 20:50 e fino le 21.30(orario in cui è arrivato l’ultimo tavolo dopo di noi) non abbiamo ricevuto nulla se non l’acqua e scelto il vino. Rimango deluso perché carico di aspettative abbiamo avuto la percezione di essere stati trattati in modo differente sia nella scelta dei piatti sia nel servizio e ci tengo a precisare che ovviamente il voucher regalato è stato pagato a prezzo pieno come una degustazione normale,nessun tipo di scontistica o altro,nessuno discute lo stile di cucina discuto la scelta di servirci un pre dessert che mi dispiace dirlo ma era immangiabile,dove l’unica nota in risalto era il sapore aspro degli abbinamenti scelti,seguito da un risolatte senza nessuna sfumatura,onestamente dopo aver mangiato un pre dessert di quel genere ti aspetti un dopo che possa essere il contrario e non una linea dritta senza sfumature senza note particolarmente risaltanti visto che ad altri tavoli sono arrivati dolci del tipo flan alla vaniglia ,tarte tropézienne,va bene essere stati messi al tavolo all’entrata anche non essendo gli ultimi,va bene aspettare 40 minuti per i benvenuti dello chef,ma anche sul dolce avevamo una maggiore aspettiva,onestamente si è avuta la percezione di essere realmente trattati diversamente e questo dispiace visto la stima che si aveva del locale con i suoi risultati conseguiti.

Enjoyed the 8 course tasting menu with 5 glass wine pairing. Every course was delicious. Servers are helpful and unpretentious. Wine pairing was also good - the choices worked well with the food. Loved the experience.
