Lovely man serving us, friendly yet professional, the language barrier was not an issue, high quality dishes with very fair prices, great wine selection, I recommend going for lunch and ordering from their daily menu!!
I forgot to take pics of our main dish 🥲 this is the Pisano starter menu :) just excellent!

Cozy place in the heart of Pisa and high-level food, both first and second courses. We took two fixed Amalfi menus with two first courses and a steak for two, as well as water and wine. The quality/price ratio is excellent and the friendliness of the owner, a great expert in Pisan cuisine, should be underlined. Must try, you won't be disappointed

Exquisite food and exquisite hospitality from Massimiliano at the "Ristoro Pisano". The cacio e pepe parcels and the walnut ravioli are highly recommended. The cut, then, is always a guarantee! Excellent value for money. Well done!

Excellent white cuisine ate well on Friday and on Saturday we returned.
Abundant dishes with typical Tuscan dishes.
The host was friendly and welcoming.
A very very nice little place.
You eat well and you pay the right price.

Ci abbiamo fatto il cenone di capodanno.. Il gestore molto cordiale e simpatico. Tutto molto buono, dall'antipasto che è un tagliere con olive, salumi, formaggi e crostini vari, il primo una pasta al forno , il secondo tre tipi di arrosti con patate al forno e il dolceun semifreddo al mango con spumante e caffè inclusi. Porzioni che potevano essere un pochino più abbondanti soprattutto nel secondo, ma d'altronde era la cena di capodanno. Locale molto curato e caratteristico. Lo consiglio.
