when asked for a second glass of wine that was forgotten and never arrived

Everything absolutely perfect!! For me it is a 10 out of 10 restaurant. The location is very intimate and welcoming, the staff exceptional and the dishes spectacular. We ate very well and the whole context made us spend a truly pleasant evening. I hope to come back soon

I met the Ristrot and its staff by organizing a remote dinner for 34 people. The tasting menu proposal immediately seemed to me to be the best choice to savor the variety of preparations offered. From the availability, kindness and flexibility in accommodating our needs during the booking, even without knowing each other, we landed during dinner in a wonderful world of taste, flavours, harmonies to remember.
Applause for the tagliatelle with duck and hazelnuts and the very tender beef terrine.
Excellent service.
Fair price for the work of the kitchen and the choice of wines with which to dine (managed by the restaurant).
It was a pleasure meeting you, we will return to visit you from Mantua.

We were a table of 4 and the food was all immaculate..the service exquisite and presentation was beautiful...a restaurant that takes fine dining to the next level..a very modern take on traditional Turin cuisine....thank you for a memorable Turin experience...we cannot wait to return...

Sempre una garanzia e una magnifica esperienza, era da tempo che non passavo da Torino e ogni volta il Guviol riesce a stupirmi.
Ottima cucina, ottimi vini, personale in sala fantastico.

piccolo ristobristot apparentemente 'anonimo' ma una vera scoperta per il palato (e gli altri sensi) con piatti gourmet molto studiati ed innovativi. Vini e servizio eccellente. Da provare, possibilmente dopo 2 giorni di digiuno per il menù degustazione. Coniglio nella Luna e Porgil l'altra guancia davvero notevoli. Servizio 'ruffiano' (nel senso buono del termine) e complice. TOP!
