Che dire? Stupenda struttura immersa nel cuore della natura, amo questo posto incantevole, elegante, pulito, ma amo soprattutto il paesaggio che lo circonda. ❤️

A paradise, an oasis in the middle of the countryside with beautiful view on the Etna. All staff are extremely friendly . Very very dedicated. Breakfast and evening meal is delicious. Lovely architecture and decorated with a lot of good taste. Swimming pool and bar are so refreshed and relaxing. What an amazing discovery ☀️

Amazing hotel in the middle of the Italian countryside. The bungalow is totally brand new, design and the pool offers just a fantastic view ! The restaurant offers great quality food and wine. It is also ideally located to visit the Etna. We truly recommend this place!

Hard product is perfect, absolutely beautiful and I will come again but: as a guest you sometimes feel a bit controlled and as a supplicant. E.g. dinner outside is forbidden despite no wind, high temperatures and enough tables for all, right next to the kitchen, so no operational problems either… Glas is not allowed by the pool so water has to be ordered in cans. With a little more guest orientation this hotel would be a clear 5*. I would come again, hoping for a more welcoming and accommodating atmosphere.

Relax en laat je verwennen... dit is Rocca dei Saraceni. Super gastvrij welkom met welkomstdrankje door een sympathieke dame bij de receptie. Zeer schone kamer met mooi uitzicht, lekker breed bed, comfortabel matras en heerlijke kussens. Ook een pluspunt is dat ze een zomerdekbed hebben in plaats van lakens met een deken. De service van het personeel is geweldig, zonder dat je het in de gaten hebt staan ze voor je klaar. Je wordt op handen gedragen. De Siciliaanse wijnen uit de bodega zijn bijzonder en het diner is uitmuntend. Het zijdezachte brood met krokante korst, olijfolie exra virgen...  een van de beste broden die we ooit gegeten hebben! Wij zouden alleen al naar Sicilië terugkomen om hier te komen eten. Het ontbijt is goed alhoewel het wel even wennen is dat je een dag van te voren moet aangeven wat je wilt eten.  Voordeel hiervan is dat het ontbijt geserveerd wordt. De tuinen zijn schitterend, zwembad is schoon en verkoelend. We hebben een geweldig verblijf gehad. Grazie mille!! We komen zeker een keer terug.

We ate dinner alfresco in the restaurant or staying over for a night. The Food was quite simply amazing, in effect, Michelin star quality… from the appetisers to the starters to the pasta to the mains, and not to mention the most amazing, freshly cooked bread! And pretty decent Sicilian wines too. Whether you are staying at the agrturismo itself, or somewhere nearby, this is a must stop top restaurant.

Ho prenotato due notti qui senza troppe aspettative, in Sicilia non ti aspetti un posto del genere. Impeccabile sotto ogni punto di vista. La piscina ideale anche per i bambini avendo una parte bassa lungo tutto il perimetro. Ogni dettaglio è curato e mai lasciato al caso, ho apprezzato ogni coccola. Dal telo trovato pulito e ben piegato dopo pranzo, al cambio di un piatto con infinite scuse perché un insetto aveva ben deciso di suicidarsi dentro. E non era mica colpa loro! Senza dimenticare la bontà della colazione piena di piccole delizie. Grazie a Daniele per le sue piccole accortezze in ogni gesto. Non ho aggettivi per la cena, qualsiasi complimento sarebbe riduttivo. Se vi trovate qui non potete perdervi la melanzana laccata e le patate cotte 3 volte. Ho chiesto curiosità sulle cotture ma credetemi è così lunga e particolare che mi son persa nella spiegazione. È un posto fuori dalla norma, aspettatevi l’eccellenza e sarà anche meglio. Tornerò❤️
