Much attention to the quality of the ingredients used, dishes prepared and balanced in flavour. As soon as we arrived they welcomed us kindly and offered us a small taste of hot pizza with cracklings and a ricotta cannoli. Very appreciated. We tried the agnolotti stuffed with artichokes and ricotta with pumpkin cream and Jerusalem artichoke chips and the tortellini stuffed with Favola mortadella, 24-month Parmigiano Reggiano cream and Montefeltro black truffle. Excellent. Beef tartare in tartar sauce, parmigiano reggiano, puffed cabbage and Bianchetto truffle; pork fillet with green pepper and spinach side dish. Delicate flavors and quality meat. The Ascoli olives from the Mandozzi butcher's shop (AP) are excellent. For dessert, the curly Sfogliatella with Chantilly cream and Cantiano black cherries and the cocoa tart with praline diplomatic cream and coffee English cream could not be missing. A delight. I'll be back.

Imagine a small bistro in the city center. Where to stop for a good breakfast, a light lunch, an aperitif and dinner! The Rossini Bistrot is a delightful little corner where I tried breakfast. Each dish on the menu is prepared with excellent local raw materials. Fabulous yoghurt, delicious toast and delicious Giro d'Italia coffees in 10 cafés. Perfect for a totally relaxing breakfast on the weekend.

Il locale si trova in zona centrale a Pesaro. Il locale è piccolo, con un bel patio, da sfruttare durante la bella stagione. Purtroppo, essendo di forma quadrata e con tutte le superfici riflettenti, con molti tavoli ravvicinati, diventa piuttosto rumoroso. Il servizio è nella media, cordiale. I tortellini di porchetta con fonduta di parmigiano e tartufo nero sono buoni, anche se la scelta della porchetta nel ripieno penalizza la cremosità dello stesso, onesto il guazzetto di pesci, dove la bisque di crostacei sovrasta un po' il resto, buona la sbrisolona. Ci tornerò, ma in primavera o in estate, per stare all'aperto.

Excellent restaurant. The chef is really good. Well-finished, non-trivial dishes without going overboard without overdoing useless innovations. Both seafood and land cuisine. The only areas for improvement are the wine list not up to par with the food and the restaurant being too small, which generates a bit of confusion.

In una via a pochi metri dal pieno centro di Pesaro il locale si presenta arredato con gusto ed organizzato con grande raffinezza. Il personale è gentile ed estremamente cortese. L’ambiente che ne scaturisce è familiare ma anche molto elegante. Abbiamo mangiato molto bene sia noi grandi con piatti davvero ottimi che i bimbi per i quali non è mancata la disponibilità a fare qualche variazione. La spesa assolutamente in linea con le attese e con un rapporto qualità/prezzo molto positivo. Consigliatissimo!

We are certainly in one of those restaurants where nothing is left to chance and everything is taken care of with attention and passion. The table service is impeccable: kindness, helpfulness and courtesy always. The place is small but well-kept and refined, warm and welcoming. The dishes are carefully prepared, refined and with high quality products. If you are looking for a place a little above average, you have to try the Rossini Bistrot.

What a little place!!! Top tasting menu, excellent service, warm environment, soft music... definitely coming back
