Rubio's Corato In Corato

While passing through Corato we wanted to try a meat-based dinner in a "typical" restaurant. The butcher shop with cooking service format is quite widespread in the village, there are several, but on the advice of a friend we went to Rubio's. Once we entered the restaurant we were greeted with a smile by a nice crew, behind the meat counter there was a gentleman who very politely and politely explained to us the different cuts/types of meat and how they were offered and the different specialties. After the selection we sat down at the table and in the space of a few minutes they brought both drinks and food to the table. We liked everything we chose, cooking and seasonings spot on. We spent the right amount in relation to the quality of the meat, the venue, the service and the format. If I return to Corato we will return.

A little place I haven't been to in a long time. I must say that the vast choice of meat on display in the shop window is very appreciable. You have the opportunity to taste meat of any type. We tried a few things from carpaccio to bombette to steak. As for the bombette, tasty but perhaps cooked a little too much, the steak requested rare arrived in blue cooking, a little fatty but overall not bad. We were asked if we liked the side dishes, but they never arrived. We tasted the house wine (the only one available) but it wasn't anything special. Overall it's not a bad place, but with a little more attention it could reach a higher level. I will most likely give the place a second chance, also because of the very nice, helpful and approachable owner. The bill is very affordable. And I recommend it if you want to try some good meat in Corato.

Not a very large place with tables inside and outside in summer, good choice of meat from the counter with the possibility of eating it at the table either with a sandwich or on a plate or possibly taking it away. Fast service but when there are a lot of people on Saturday it is better to go a little early to avoid waiting. Good meat, friendly staff and honest prices.

Simpatia Qualità e professionalità...

Posto accogliente, rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo. A parer mio sarebbe meglio tornare a porter prenotare i tavoli per una migliore organizzazione come qualche tempo fa, del resto ottimo posto.

In base alla mia esperienza mi sono trovato benissimo, in primis l'accoglienza dei ragazzi,il sorriso ☺️ la professionalità, vasta scelta di carne 🥩 tutta di altissima qualità, cucinata al punto giusto e dal sapore unico. Saluti a tutto lo Staff Feliciano,Dino e l'altro fratello cui non ricordo il nome😁. Consiglio a tutti di andarci ...ci ritornerò sicuramente. P.s. dimenticavo Dino ha sempre l'abitudine di far degustare le sue specialità.🔝🔝🔝🔝🔝 Ben meritate le 5 stelle.

Purtroppo abbiamo aspettato tanto per sederci ed essere servito,ma tra una chiacchiera e l'altra per fortuna il tempo è passato velocemente. Personale molto gentile e simpatico, carne e tagli veramente buoni, peccato per non aver assaggiato qualche contorno, non c'era molta scelta, sicuramente da provare se siete di zona
