Very nice atmosphere, good service, well presented and very good food.
Interesting selection of wines by the glass, Vernaccia to accompany the starter, Chianti classic for the meat and Recioto for the dessert.
Place to recommend and to keep in your favorites.

We had a great time at Salefino, this little restaurant ticks all the boxes, innovative and tasty cuisine, a warm atmosphere, excellent service. Let yourself be guided by the advice of the staff and try to taste as many dishes as possible because they are all delicious. Big crush on the parmesan and raw shrimp ravioli! As beautiful as it is good. I highly recommend.

We had dinner at this restaurant on the recommendation of a friend
Average dinner, nothing special, but the desserts were really disappointing: a pear served raw and unripe with a very modest pour of chocolate, served with meat knives due to how hard it was.
Then a Mont Blanc that had nothing to do, not even with the flavor of the original.
Excellent wine.
But it's not worth the trip

Locale stupendo e atmosfera rilassante. Sono stata diverse volte a cena da Salefino e non mi ha mai deluso. Le portate sono di altissima qualità. Per me è uno dei ristoranti più buoni di Siena

We are busy revisiting the excellent restaurants of our visit 5 years ago and Salefino is still good. Sat outside on a nice evening, both pastas we had were very good, as was the ribs main and the wine from Montalcino.
Perfect evening, will return soon
