Small and welcoming place. Careful service. Empathy and smiles. Excellent food. For me it deserves 5 stars!

Food: delicious gnocchi and pasta carbonara. You have to wait more than 30 minutes for the food because the pasta is prepared by hand. We waited for 1 hour. Location: convenient, relatively close to the station. Prices: in my opinion, alcohol is expensive. For a glass - from 5 to 7 euros. For pasta, the prices are normal for a restaurant. In general: a good restaurant, worth a visit if you are in Trieste.

By staying near the station, you can eat in this little corner of paradise. Personally we stayed at the Hotel Italia, 30 meters from this splendid place, but no one at the reception had warned us or indicated this restaurant (a flaw of the hotel) Excellent cuisine, excellent wines, excellent service and much of what you eat is produced by them, even some wines and even the bread. The music I'm listening to is also pleasant, what can I say....5 stars overall. It's really worth it, eating well at reasonable prices. We will return next year💪🏻

I was on holiday and after a lot of research I came across this restaurant full of positive reviews. What to say? It fully met my expectations😍👏🏼 very welcoming environment, a wide choice and really friendly and fast staff. Super positive review also for the dear waiter "Alessio" I think that's his name, a really kind guy! Keep it up because you make me want to come back. See you soon❤️

Cozy place, warm atmosphere. Simple but genuine dishes, excellent carbonara and also fried anchovies. Special dessert! The girl, I presume the owner, is a capable and kind person. We will definitely be back!

I had the pleasure of dining at Sarsapariglia and was extremely satisfied with the dining experience offered. The welcoming atmosphere and jazz-style decor immediately made me feel at home. The menu offers a wide selection of authentic Italian dishes, prepared with fresh, high-quality ingredients. I ordered the spaghetti with clams and I have to say that it was one of the best I've ever tasted: rich in flavors and, above all, a truly filling dish compared to the norm. The service was impeccable, the staff was courteous, attentive and always ready to satisfy our requests. Furthermore, the large selection of Italian wines, with a focus on house wines, perfectly complemented my gastronomic experience. In conclusion, I highly recommend Ristorantino Italiano Salsapariglia to anyone who wishes to enjoy authentic Italian cuisine in a welcoming and hospitable environment. I will definitely return to savor other delicacies offered by this restaurant
