Magical place, welcoming owner and staff, refined cuisine with quality products.

Excellent cuisine, very nice chef and staff. Furthermore, and the most beautiful thing for those who love animals, is being able to see the donkey "SALVIA" born a few days ago, next to his mother BAKITA, together with all the horses that are on the ranch

The place is enchanting, since we went to have dinner with a group of friends, we were able to admire a truly wonderful starry sky, difficult to find elsewhere. The friendliness and professionalism of the staff is excellent. They display their products precisely and know how to advise based on people's preferences. And finally we come to the food, I personally ate an excellent cut of veal (I was told that all the meat they serve is fresh daily, thus preferring quality over quantity), it melted in the mouth. I accompanied everything with a side dish of potatoes with bran peppers seasoned with local spices and finally a fantastic pizza bread. In short, what can I say, from all points of view a place to spend an evening with friends enjoying laughter and excellent food.

Cozy place with friendly and polite staff. We had an appetizer and two first courses with an authentic taste that tastes like "at home". Coffee was kindly offered to us. Good value for money. Advised.

At Salvia Ranch you are at home. The food is really good, the meat tasty. Fast service and very friendly and polite staff. The rustic location. However, if you have small dogs with you, they cannot enter. (At least there was a sign at the entrance indicating this) Access is quite practicable even for people with disabilities. Posto molto carino immerso nella natura, appena entrati ottima impressione, profumo di ambiente molto pulito cosa che non capita quasi mai e mi ha molto colpita...il titolare molto accogliente e disponibile, il cibo buono e di qualità....buonissima la cheesecake alle castagne...

È un buon ristorante dove si può passare una domenica diversa. Speravamo di trovare i cavalli ma non è stato così
