San Biagio In Matera

For me this is the first time I have visited this restaurant... the location is beautiful, with a magnificent view of the Sassi of Matera. A refined and thoughtful internal environment. Fast, precise and attentive service. Beautiful and tasty dishes. All good and yet I gave 4 stars, I'm very sorry about this, but perhaps it's the fault of the booking made with The fork with a 50% discount on dishes, you can't pay for a 1lt bottle of Coca-cola (on the receipt there are two 0.5 ) the sum of €12... I repeat, I'm sorry because the place is truly worth it, but honestly this detail struck me very negatively. I hope to change my mind next time....

In the heart of Matera, a welcoming, well-structured, comfortable and very suggestive place. I had lunch outside, a small terrace kissed by the sun, a spectacle. The food is good and well presented. The waitress gave me peace of mind, serenity, made me feel at home. Her name is Veronica, a young, beautiful and prepared girl. Highly recommended.

Ottimo ristorante in generale, tavoli ravvicinati per ambienti articolati, piccoli! Può capitare vicinanza con tavolo dove con toni alti un avventore del posto si dilunghi a elencare le motivazioni di qualcosa attinente ad un servizio o sue caratteristiche lavorative! Ciò rende la permanenza al tavolo disagevole e la digestione approssimata! Il servizio buono dovrebbe deviare queste situazioni anche se la cosa sia ostica da perseguire! Ma per esempio esautorare un cliente che potrebbe essere in futuro ricorrente! Andre’ offerto ottimo anche per l’attenzione al cliente: ottima croccantezza dei peperoni cruschi; al contrario lenta la salsa pomodoro depositata a fondo piatto orecchiette! Innovativo e ben presentato antipasto caprino frutta secca, marmellata mousse ricotta in bellavista. Costo contenuti e promozione favorevole! Finestre panoramiche.
