Pleasant discovery, delicious food. Exceptional meat as well as truly succulent starters. The service is commendable, discreet but makes you feel at home. Go there and you won't regret it!

I tried to find at least one flaw but I couldn't. Fast and polite service. Stellar food, combinations of unique and evocative flavors and smells, portions not abundant but just right. Even the dessert and the herbal tea are capable of leaving you breathless. Warm, welcoming and quite personal environment. Clean bathrooms, everything perfect! Big. Perhaps there is a flaw, the variety of the menu does not allow you to go more than two/three times in a row!

Enchanting discovery in the historic center of Putignano. This place, from the details to the choice of very refined and colorful furnishings, is characterized by a specific element: the food. The dishes are enhanced and seasoned with amazing harmony and dedication. The meats are tasty, tender and succulent. The appetizers focus on the search for local ingredients but with unique and different combinations from the classic home-made tavern. A restaurant that can certainly aim for international recognition. I will definitely return.

Locale, nel centro storico di Putignano, che esprime una cucina pugliese, ma con rivisitazioni. Freschi i prodotti, ma anche le idee: ottimi gli strascinati di grano arso con baccalà e peperoni cruschi. Buona la T-Bone, mentre merita un plauso il tiramisù con crema di cachi. Servizio attento e puntuale.

I can only join the other guests and give 5 gold stars (because I can't give more). This restaurant is exceptional. The place itself is small, cute and in the basement (luckily they have a good WIFI). The food is divine (lool at all the pictures!) and the wines excellent (get advice!). The service is attentive, very friendly and competent. The owner of our accommodation (Caterina von Dimora Clementina, wellknown here) called at the end of the afternoon for a reservation and we easily got a small table for two despite the late hour. We booked this again 2 days later. Our waitress was exceptionally great, charming, very attentive and had a smile to die for. It's a shame we couldn't stay in Putignano longer, I would have loved to come again. My unreserved recommendation for this excellent address!

Come si evince dal titolo io ritengo che il ristorante sia un tantino sovvravalutato. Il servizio è celere, attento e cortese. La location esterna è carina in quanto il locale è situato in una piazzetta del centro storico. Da rivedere invece l'arredo interno il quale è un pò scarno. Il cartone incollato lateralmente (penso posto per la protezione dei muri) deve essere sicuramente tolto. Poco igienico. Per quanto attiene al menu direi che la scelta è troppo limitata (scelta tra 3 primi e 3 secondi). Le pietanze sono ben preparate e con ingredienti di qualità. La presentazione è buona. Il prezzo però è decisamente alto. Due primi, due secondi e vino al costo di 96 Euro. Menomale che abbiamo preso solo carne :-)
