We made a booking for lunch at Seta Sushi Lab on short notice without any issues. The atmosphere of the restaurant was quite relaxing though also upscale. The waitstaff took their time to tell us about the items we were ordering and the food was exquisitely presented. We had a tartar and different maki rolls, all of them were delicious and worth every cent. If you are love high quality sushi, then this is an absolute must! Enjoy!

I'll get straight to the point: very high quality, excellent service and an elegant environment.
Obviously all this has its cost which is in line with the offer.
A la carte menu with a wide choice, the staff is very knowledgeable and ready to illustrate the various types of courses.
Definitely worth trying because you will be satisfied.

The raw meat was very good, I would say excellent... while the rest was good but I have eaten better uramaki than these, and the price is very high for the quantity offered, we paid €90 and left feeling hungry, honestly I wouldn't go back

The best sushi I've ever eaten! As regards the choice of dishes, we left carte blanche to the owner who was able to amaze us with every course.
An experience that I also recommend for the kindness of the staff, the impeccable service and the welcoming and elegant environment a stone's throw from Piazza Santo Stefano.

Preso le varie grassezze del tonno e due baffe di huramaki ( astice e misto marinato),la mia compagna nogiri seppia capasanta e scampo. Devo dire cibo eccellente nella materia prima e nella preparazione ,ottimo il servizio. I prezzi a mio parere sono folli ma l'alternativa è volare in Giappone da jiro..ci tornerò sicuramente in futuro.

E’ il miglio sushi di Bologna .
Un tantino caro ma merita perché se vuoi mangiare bene è l’unico in città. Personale gentile , posto “un po’ freddino” ma comunque consigliato . Ottima la carte dei vini
