My visit dates back a long time now. The experience (this is what we say today about going to a restaurant) was very pleasant, not only for the preparations and dishes that all the guests appreciated for the care, dedication of the kitchen and for the evident effort to use very high quality raw materials. Not only this, the evening was spent with plenty of vodka and wine (I'm going from memory... produced in Azerbaijan... can it be?) with the always welcome and pleasant presence of the staff who guided us in our choices and explained every minimal appearance of the dishes. If late in the evening then, when it's time to pay they offer you yet another round of vodka... all of this is exemplary of the atmosphere you breathe in Sibiriaki... Yes!!! Sooner or later we'll be back!!!

An experience, more than a dinner. I've been there a couple of times and I have to say it's carving out a space to have a different experience. The atmosphere is "dark" but welcoming, warm. The excellent courses vary with seasonality, and it is always pleasant to try different cuisines and flavours. I always drank Armenian wine with pomegranate. Spectacular. The service is elegant. Another place where money is willingly spent.

Il ristorante giusto per una serata all’insegna di gusti nuovi! Ottime materie prime, abbiamo provato diverse cose tra cui il piatto di caviale misto, tutto molto buono. Ottimo servizio e ottima atmosfera.

Una delle migliori scoperte culinarie degli ultimi anni. Era da parecchio che volevamo provare Sibiriaki ed finalmente ce l abbiamo fatta..facendo centro!! Servizio impeccabile con un gentil cameriere che ben si presenta, ben presenta i piatti ed alcune chicche sul locale; pietanza di ottima qualità e presentazione, vini tipici (2 rossi differenti) al di sopra di ogni aspettativa. Giusta sapidità in cucina, conto un po’ salato. Giustificabile però per qualità ed atmosfera. Stra consigliato.

Questo posto mi ha subito colpito già dall'esterno dalla calda accoglienza che si percepiva. Abbiamo scelto di trascorrere l'ultima cena a Torino ed è stata fantastica. Caviale, filetto di renna e un petto d'anatra fantastico, il tutto accompagnato da 4 vodka. Suggerisco solo una cosa: dato che la vodka russa è davvero buona comparata a quella che si trova in Italia, non abbinare ai piatti le vodka aromatizzate, ma solo quelle classiche, vista la varietà. Assolutamente consigliato!
