We were guests of the restaurant for dinner last night. The external appearance of the structure denotes recent construction and impeccable organization. At the entrance, we were warmly greeted by a member of staff, who collected our coats and escorted us to the table of our choice. The interior of the restaurant stands out for its modernity and impeccable cleanliness. However, we were surprised to see the lack of table linen and the exclusive use of paper napkins, an aspect which caused a slight disappointment. We chose to opt for two tasting menus, one meat-based and the other vegetarian. The presentation and attention to detail of the dishes impressed us favorably, as suggested by the menu itself, encouraging us to savor them with all the senses. The amuse-bouche and pre-dessert tasting were a further sign of attention to the overall culinary experience. The service was impeccable: timely, precise and discreet, with particular mention of the professionalism demonstrated by the waitress. During the payment phase, the waitress called upon the chef, who showed up in the room for the first time. It was interesting to note that he questioned us about the origins of our discovery of the place, although he neglected to inquire about our overall satisfaction with the dining experience. This detail, together with the lack of a personal greeting from the owner and the presentation of the first course, which we would have appreciated, left a slight gap in the overall experience. Considering the ambitious quality standard that the venue wishes to achieve, we hope for an improvement in terms of service and presentation by the owner, in order to adapt these aspects to the asking price and customer expectations.

Frequentiamo spesso questo locale che apprezziamo sempre per la qualità del cibo (ingredienti e presentazione ottimi) e del servizio. Splendida location.

Atmosfera raffinata e rilassante, struttura moderna e accogliente. Ottimi piatti alquanto originali preparati con prodotti di propria produzione. Buoni i vini dell'azienda. Attenzione però : non è un ristoro agrituristico ma un vero ristorante

A pleasant corner of the Karst where you can eat in serenity and tranquility. The managers are a young couple looking for excellent combinations with their wild herbs and seasonal scents. Friendly welcome and careful description of the dishes. Excellent advice on pairing wines. There is an atmosphere of relaxation and innovation! To try!

Bella serata in coppia. Una cena perfetta. Ottimi piatti, interessanti gli accostamenti, cibo freschissimo e di alta qualità, molto buoni i vini e i dolci. Ambiente raffinato e tranquillo. Abbiamo apprezzato anche il conto. Ottimo proprio tutto. Lo consigliamo.
