Ristorantino a conduzione familiare annesso ad una fornitissima enoteca nella strada principale di Castel Fiorentino. Gabriele il sommelier (ma non chiamatelo così!) con moglie e suocera ai fornelli gestiscono con tanto amore per il proprio lavoro questo gioiellino che offre una tipica cucina del territorio di qualità assoluta a prezzi a dir poco onesti. Battuta di chianina strepitosa, per non parlare dei pici al ragù bianco di coniglio, e che dire dei cantucci fatti in casa serviti con un vin santo talmente buono che m’è toccato comprarlo!! Gabriele ha una passione ed una conoscenza dei vini assoluta e sa consigliare alla perfezione, quindi suggerisco non solo di desinare, ma anche qualche acquisto di vini e non solo.
