Excellent pastries, original single portions and well-made desserts! Perhaps only in the taste of some preparations could we have slightly more "intense" flavours, but only if we really want to look for a flaw. Still absolutely recommended!

They have delicious gluten-free options, including brioche😍 for breakfast I tried the one with delicious raspberry jam, a real treat to start the day! The atmosphere of the restaurant is welcoming: an ideal environment to enjoy a quiet breakfast or an afternoon break. They are always kind and smiling and this makes everything even more pleasant.

Excellent products. Very clean place and everyone was really friendly. I am from Alassio and I have tried several brioches, in various places... BUT Simo's brioches are on another level. I have never eaten such good croissants, not to mention the Cappuccino. Top! All perfect. If you come to Alassio, stop by Simo. You can't not do it.

Simo pastry is the pastry shop that everyone dreams of... it is truly unique, despite someone trying to copy the format, they are UNIQUE. Always full of enthusiasm, always smiling, they are a hotbed of ideas! Young guys with the desire to do, to do well.. and they really succeed!!
