Beautiful evening spent with my husband, quaint and very nice place, excellent staff and very nice and excellent food

Beyond the undoubtedly impressive location with built-in waterfall, everything is truly remarkable and above all COHERENT. The environment conveys a "zen sensation" which is found in every other element: from the food with evident oriental influences (really interesting, tasty and deliciously well plated) to the service (attentive, discreet and fast). It was wonderful to be able to see the chef at work with his team: silent, concentrated and very efficient. The dinner was an infinite indulgence from the mouse bouche to the dessert and the value for money was decidedly good. It's certainly worth it.

Fantastic location: the glass parquet you see under the cellar and a mill is beautiful. The waterfall is also very beautiful. Wine list to be reviewed unfortunately. The food proposed by the chef was very good, in particular we really liked the gallinell with teriyaki sauce. Instead, we should revisit the dim sums that didn't impress us. All in all a great experience that we recommend!

A cascade of flavours! My girlfriend and I chose to dine at Soltojo after a recommendation from my parents, who thought the cuisine and atmosphere were excellent. We chose the Japan fusion seafood menu (€65) and it was a pleasant discovery and a solid confirmation (it must be said that the menu changes on a monthly basis). In addition to the two appetizers, the first course, the second course and the dessert included in the tasting menu, we were given two entrees and a small pastry, all delicious! The scallop sashimi was something sensational. The place is very suggestive because it has large windows that offer a view of the wonderful waterfall that flows impetuously right before the eyes of the customers. Furthermore, in some places the floor is also made up of transparent panels that allow you to look down on the cellar and the ancient mill wheel built in the past. The service is impeccable, attentive to needs. The waiters and the chef interact with the customers even going beyond the usual boring "lei" line. I enjoyed the conversation about my profession, my life and my person. While I was having dinner, I perceived the conditions for having an excellent evening. Thank you!

An excellent discovery!! Very refined place, very well prepared food with delicious flavours. Professional but at the same time friendly and pleasant staff. Fair price. We will return without a shadow of a doubt. It deserves more than 5 stars

I was in this splendid place last night with my girlfriend for Valentine's Day, even if it was the 13th😅. Upon arrival we found a very warm welcome, professional and attentive to detail, as was also found in the kitchen which gave us a beautiful experience out of the ordinary with truly unique dishes. Thanks to all the staff and in particular to the waiter Andrea who was very kind and nice

Non una cena, ma un'esperienza indimenticabile. Ogni piatto ha sapori e colori unici. Location, staff e servizio sopra ogni aspettativa. Da provare!

Location molto suggestiva e personale molto preparato. ammetto di non essere uno chef ma apporterei qualche modifica al menù; a mio avviso rivisiterei i conchiglioni che passati al forno in modo da contenere il condimento risultavano troppo secchi; parlo per me ma azzarderei a scottare per qualche secondo in più l’agnello e infine eviterei in qualche piatto l’uso dei fiori che accompagnando ogni piatto lo faceva risultare monotono. Portate assolutamente ben impiattate con buona qualità del cibo. Probabilmente se dovessi passare in zona proverei altro. Rimane comunque un mio giudizio.

Sempre una certezza,da provare ! Location splendida,cibo raffinato e curato. I ragazzi in sala altamente professionali ,gentili e simpatici. Una chicca in Valtellina.

Sempre una certezza ..cucina particolare ,un connubio di sapori dolci speziati ,piccanti e orientali ,miscelati sapientemente dalle mani di Giovanni ....e dal suo fantastico staff...locale intrigante,cucina a vista e atmosfera rilassante....da vivere e provare un esperienza così in Valtellina...
