The location is fantastic, especially if you have the opportunity to dine near the window. The food lives up to expectations although, in some dishes, I had the feeling that they wanted to impress more for the number of ingredients than for the taste... but I can be wrong and it can be subjective. Rice and bean, pasta and beans, moose and cod were phenomenal! We didn't appreciate the desserts: I didn't really understand the banana cooked with and served with the peel, but then again, it's subjective. It is normal that the wow effect is not created with every dish. Room service with young but very kind and professional guys. What is not subjective is the temperature of the room: I was in a shirt and wool jacket and after a couple of hours of standing still it was cold. The men's bathroom has a moving sink, details... but, given the star, I also highlight them to make sure they are fixed. Some might say "you could have said it right away" but it was a free dinner and it seemed bad to me to point this out at the office in front of those who were paying. I hope these are tips that can help you grow.

A unique culinary experience. I traveled to discover new combinations, colors, flavors. Excellent staff and not too invasive, which I appreciated very much. We will definitely be back.

It is a suggestive, almost fairy-tale environment with a beautiful view of the Venetian plain. We chose the vegetarian route with matching wines…incredible! Worth trying even if you are not a veg.

Just like going to a friend's house, the gate opens onto the street between trees and soft lights and immediately closes behind you. Start your experience there. Turn off the connection with the rest of the world and fully enjoy the atmosphere of absolute relaxation. It is not a dinner, but a true sensory experience. We opted for the 8-course alchemy tasting menu, a succession of ingredients, fish and meat, aromatic herbs and vegetables in perfect balance. A fully deserved Michelin star.
