One of the best culinary experiences ever. The customer is treated as every ideal customer should be treated. Kindness, courtesy, maximum attention to detail and great professionalism. You enter the room and never want to leave. High level menu. It's one of those places where you wonder "Why still no Michelin stars?"

Impeccable environment, clean, pleasant and effective, with brick arches. The cuisine is certainly of a high standard, based on excellent quality products cooked and combined with skill. Varied and high-quality wine list. The room manager always appeared professional and smiling. Too bad for the young waitress who made us feel uncomfortable. We had arrived an hour late (1.30pm instead of 12.30pm) due to delays on the motorway. Obviously we had notified us by telephone but upon arrival there was no shortage of piqued jokes such as "we were expecting you a long time ago" as well as complaints on this point expressed to the fellow waiter without obviously realizing that we were looking at her... only at dessert did she finally give us a smile. I would therefore say an almost perfect experience.

I would give it 6 if I could, a truly exceptional restaurant!

Di recente ho cenato in questo ristorante, essendo uno dei preferiti della mia compagna e adatto per pasti di alto livello, con una attenzione e cura a 360 gradi, dall'accoglienza fino all'uscita. I piatti sono stati sempre di ottimo livello; apprezzati gli amuse-bouche e predessert offerti - seppur non sia un'amante degli amaretti -. Servizio curato e attento. L'unico difetto riscontrato, per cui non assegno la votazione massima, é stata la presenza di spine nel pesce gratinato - che per un ristorante di alto livello, le aspettative generate non consentono di sorvolare -. Nel complesso, rimane una tappa obbligatoria per gli amanti di cucine ricercate e di alto livello.

Wir waren eine Woche im Aostatal und im Piomont unterwegs. Das Essen hier war mit grossem Abstand das beste, eigentlich phantastisch einzigartig. Das Dessert war ein Kunstwerk!
