We simply love Paolo, his staff and place and also the region around muggia. We've been around the world to so many places but at Paolos we found a true jewel. We felt like home like we belong to this place. It's one of the most relaxing, warm-hearted, delicious and respectful places ever. You drink (wine, grappa) and eat (fruits, tomatoes) from Paolos garden. You can have dinner every evening with fresh, delicate seafood and wine as much as you can (around 50€-60€). Included breakfast is continental and coffee is good and you can have it in what time ever during the morning. It's not a hotel, it's home. The rooms are quiet simple but still very clean with good mattresses and they have AC & heater. If there's something you need, you don't like or you want, say it and you will get it. Maybe you have a good life now and staying at Paolos will make your life even better! Buy the wine and olive oil! High quality, great price. Baci to Paolo, beloved dog King and the whole team! Fantastic experience, I celebrated my son's first communion here. Beautiful place, among the olive trees, relaxing atmosphere, very friendly staff, fantastic food and generous portions. We chose the meat menu and had an aperitif, an appetizer (I recommend the battered vegetables), two first courses (lasagne and mushroom risotto), as a second course we took the roast with potatoes and for the children a Milanese. Everything excellent.
